It is rare that we get out this way on a weekday, but since we were, we had to come try out Ralphie's after hearing the raves from my Yelp buddies Christina & Donald J. and Ray N. We were not disappointed. Look for the daily specials board because everyday has something unique cooked up by the chef. I saw the shelf of Chicken Empanadas and knew I had to have one or three. These are some of the biggest ones I've ever had and tasty too. From the specials, we also ordered the Grilled Salmon Fillet, which was topped with Pesto Cream Sauce served over rice and the Boneless Spanish Grilled Chicken Thighs served with rice & beans and sweet plantains. These 2 we saved for dinner. For lunch, my wife & I shared a Seared Ahi Tuna Steak BLT sandwich with Wasabi Mayo. This sandwich hit all the notes. The Ahi steak was almost an inch thick and perfectly seared! They were also generous with the bacon. It was just a great sandwich all around. My only regret is that we mostly get out this way on the weekends, when Ralphie's is closed, but now that my son works out on the Island, I'm going to have him come by here to pick up dinner more often!

Not out of a jar, not made with canned or frozen clams. I'm talking fresh clams in the shell cooked up for this sauce. I have not had a white clam sauce that me or my dad did not make that did not need doctoring up as we call it. I ate half my portion before I realized I didn't even add hot sauce. The nice lady recommended that we try the mango salsa dog and I'm happy I did , it was so delicious that I wish I ordered all of them like that , perfect flavor combination of hot n sweet ! My husband ordered the chili cheese and I took a bite that was also really really good , the chili was delightfully hot but not overkill .
