We gave them a deadline that we really needed to meet, and this had us concerned with being rushed and the quality. So often I checked at the house when the painting crew was there to see their progress. I'd like to start off by saying these guys are the nicest and most professional crew I've come across. They would entertain conversation with my 3 year old and very respectful. They addressed every concern I had without hesitation and always very polite. In the end they went above and beyond. I'm a 36-year veteran from NV who hired him to do some painting and upgrades to my investment home in CO, so I was not in the site to check his work. He did a walk through on what he will do. Some were listed in the contract, some were not. He's a sweet talker who makes promises but will lie that the job is complete to get paid. Once he's paid, he will quickly move on to another job without finishing the project. I flew in to CO to check his work after he claimed to have completed the job and demanded for the final installment. I found out that he lied. The whole week I was there, he didn't do any work until two hours until I have to fly out again and he was making excuses why he could not do them. When I asked him the next day, after I left, if he was done, he said "yes." When my realtor came, the job was not complete. I sent Steve photos of the unfinished work before I left and asked him to send me photos back when he finished them. He started giving me bad attitude and that he does not have to do those job just because I say so. This guy will sweet talk you to get the contract, and will lie to get paid. Once he gets his money, he will abandon the job. I paid him $26K and still tried to nickel and dime for small things to make more money. He is very unprofessional and rude. Do not trust STEVE PACHECO of NATIVE PAINTING. He will take your money and run. Do not be his next victim!!!
