I had a contractor take off the siding and to my surprise the windows were not installed correctly from the beginning. Wood was rotten, no flashing. Just terrible horrible workmanship. So I contacted Archie (which took 1 month, three calls, and a letter to get him to call me.) and guess what? They don't care! Nope not a tear in his eyes, not an offer to help, not even an "I'll see what I can do" Here is the fact, when you buy from Suburban Buildings the only warranty you get with then is if the metal fades or something like that. ALL WORKMANSHIP IS FARMED OUT TO SUBCONTRACTORS, that gives ol' Archie the ability to say, "Hey man -- not my fault" Of course my contractor is long gone and out of business. I will NEVER do business with them again. And I'm going to tell as many people as I can
