First off, it was clear from the start that she was catfishing--what I thought was a professional and authentic individual turned out to be a complete fraud. The online persona she presented was far from the truth, and it felt like I was being misled every step of the way. Beyond that, her behavior was absolutely unbearable. Anna was consistently rude, dismissive, and lacked any form of professionalism. It's like she had no interest in collaborating or maintaining any kind of respectful communication. She was condescending when addressing concerns and made it nearly impossible to get any work done. It was a total waste of time trying to interact with her. I would not recommend working with Anna under any circumstances. Save yourself the headache and frustration. It's rare to encounter someone so unpleasant and dishonest, but unfortunately, she managed to check both boxes. Do yourself a favor--steer clear of her at all costs.

This continued until all were working on removing the old, and then one group started the new roof while another worked at solving one snafu; a need for new ducting. Once that was finished and they had the one area reworked, a group started replacing the solar panels. What seemed to be a daunting job that would take a couple of days (to me) wound up completely finished by 5:00, the time their on-site supervisor (I believe his name was Josh?), had predicted earlier in the day. He told me he worked on $2 million houses pretty much saying my house wasn't worth nothing. For $16,000 and you figure you'll get an ultimate supreme job. But I have gaps in my doors and they don't close right. Then they came out and said we have to replace a skin coming in a month that the contractor damage. They said there was gonna be no Barewood around the doors or bottom and there is. As it sits right now, it's not worth the money for them to come out and put doors in. There's a lot other places can get it done cheaper. I been on and off the phone trying get this done so my security system guy can come over and finish up his job. The company does not take ownership of the damage and incorrectly that they install the doors. And we don't even want to talk about communication you better just hang that up. They would have really good communication with you at first until you sign the papers to purchase the doors and windows but after that, just hang it up, you won't get a call for a long time.

We are beyond pleased with the product. The Davyohuk brothers were extremely courteous, mindful of our home, friendly, and efficient. When the job was complete, the only way to tell they had been to our home was by seeing our beautiful new windows. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. We have noticed a distinct improvement with the quiet inside the home, the screens are nearly invisible so our view is unobstructed, and ease of operation is remarkable.
