We had to do all the move-in clean up after the construction crews ourselves. We have also had to finish many of the remaining repairs and unfinished work ourselves. One last piece of advice, don't sign their corrupt contracts. They grossly benefit the builders allowing them the do as they wish with your project and your only recourse is to spend tens of thousands of dollars in arbitration. As a combat veteran I would much rather do another tour in Iraq than have to ever build a home with Blair Construction again. Horrible experience.

A nice little side scam to run the bill up (he essentially admitted to this fraud with a shrug of his shoulders, daring us to do something about it). Not only did we deal with his above scam, but we had to deal with Mike exploding at my wife and I (shouting obscenities in front of our kids) upon catching one of his many mistakes. We are still working to clean up their mess. We've had to hire other contractors to finish the work Mike refused to complete because the project took way longer than he anticipated (even though it took too long because Mike likes to stand around and talk as opposed to working). Mike was completely in over his head in doing a kitchen remodel and we paid the price, as opposed to a respectable business person would have done the job right and taken a loss if they make a mistake in the bidding process. Do not hire this company.
