The best part is that when a part on the water heater was found to be faulty, Tony had someone out to replace it as soon as it was available, at no cost. Even better, is that I know I can call or text Tony anytime I have a plumbing concern or problem and he will respond right away- offering free advice and expertise if that's all that's needed, or coming out to take care of something that needs to be looked at. I know that he has our best interests at heart and would never take advantage of us.
