After spending 40 plus years doing major upgrades in manufacturing facilities, I have come to expect a high level of professional service from contractors industry and also working on my home. Dominic the owner of Fix My Attic is one of those contractors I strongly recommend. He took the time to understand what the total project included and made recommended products exceeded my standards. The green fiber insulation is one of the best products in the marketplace today and because of the fire resistance properties I am trying to get a reduction on my insurance. The Attic fans that Dominic recommended are high quality and less expenses than anything on the market place today. Dominic and his employees took the time to do the job right the first time.

The estimator was super polite and thorough and gave a good feeling about selecting this company…read morefor 3 sections of new/replacement gutter after a roof replacement. Unfortunately the installers rushed through the install and paid no attention to sloping the gutters. They blamed the roof edge and drip edge (which are straight/level) for the unlevel look. I got out a 4' level and in a couple sections the gutter was out of level by 1/2" over 4' the wrong way and other areas nearly as bad. I pointed out all the areas I was not happy with and they redid those areas somewhat and ended up with very slightly sloped or level gutters. I would not recommend this company - the homeowner should not have to be the inspector/manager/quality-control for this type of work.

**2 stars for the scheduling experience; 5 stars for the installation experience**…read moreWe scheduled Orlando Seamless Gutters to come out and because they had said they'd be here between 9-9:30 and it was almost 10am, I called the office. They said "yep, you're on the schedule for today" so I hung up. A few minutes later, we got a call saying "we won't be able to make it today." My husband insisted on speaking with the owner and the scheduler said Sure, and meanwhile can we get you scheduled for Weds (two days later)? We said Sure. There were a few messages left and back fort but come that Wednesday morning, my husband called in and got through to the owner only come to find out yet another scheduling error had happened-- despite the scheduler saying they'd be there, the owner thought we didn't want to be scheduled until we got in touch with them personally (not what we had said or what was told to us; we were told we're on the schedule for Weds). Owner apologized, but it was odd how poor the communication appeared to be between the scheduler and the owner and back again. we had to reschedule once again; which we did. Rufus and someone else (I believe his name was Kevin) were out here working to make sure our gutters were in tip-top shape. They were both personable and knowledgeable. The estimator recommended one thing; but Rufus indicated that removing the existing screening wasn't needed and they had cleaned it thoroughly and also added a splash guard so our super gutters wouldn't have the rain spillover. Because it hasn't rained heavily since, the result remains to be seen, but they indicated if we aren't happy with everything that they'd come out again and fix whatever was wrong.

One of the springs had broken. This was on a Sunday, and Todd said he would be there Monday morning. I asked for at least 30 minutes so I could get to the house to let him in. Todd texted me this morning with an arrival time with a 10 minute window. He then texted me when he was on his way. And he arrived on time. Todd was extremely professional, very nice and focused on getting the job done. He replaced the spring, discussed with me the condition of the door, and then lubricated all of the guide wheels. I was impressed with Todd's work, but more importantly, I was extremely impressed with Todd's desire to keep my up to date on the progress, from the minute he received the job order to completion. And the price of repair was incredibly fair. It isn't often that one needs garage door repair, but I can tell you that anytime I need help, or any of my neighbors need help, I'm giving them Todd's phone number.

Larry said no he will make it fit. It took two of them pushing down from both sides with all their weight to force it in place which scraped the walls and cracked the ceiling. All they had to do was trim one edge slightly and it would have gone into place without forcing it.. So now we will be worrying as time goes on when will this crack. I called and talked to a older lady and she said don't worry if it cracks they will come out to put a new one in. All they had to do is not force it into a space that it would no go in hard.
