Then I called DCE and Justin the co-owner answered, he was even able to came out to my home the same day, look at the job, and offer his expertise. I liked that he quickly understood my needs, educated me, and reccomended a plan - grind everything, repair cracks, epoxy flake the garage + basment, and seal the concrete patio then add silica skid-free sand.
