I called this place first, as they are my go to parts place, and it would take them a few days to get my battery. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone. I ended up calling two other part stores in the area, and the best they could do was next day. I really wanted the battery as soon as possible, and called them back to discuss options. While chatting, the manager realized he may have the exact battery I need available. Unlike the other shops, they guaranteed install. The others only said maybe. A half hour before close, these guys were outside getting me all squared away. They were respectful of my vehicle, and price matched the competitor even though I was in a bind, and it was an online price. I don't know why I keep shopping around, when I keep ending up back here.
