The owner was wonderful, brought us to a hotel nearby because the part he had to order would not arrive until the next day (his day off!). Our trailer was safely stored in the shop until the next day. He fixed our car the next morning, picked us up from the hotel and we are now on our way again. Terrific service, highly recommended!

We brought our vehicle to be inspected here on the 28th of April which was a Tuesday. The garage…read morecalled us back to let us know what all was going to need to be done to the vehicle and told us it was going to cost a certain amount and would be completed by the end of the week. Come Friday we still hadn't heard anything back and figured they hadn't finished yet or just didn't get around to calling us back. Come Monday, my husband called to ask what was going on with our vehicle and they STILL had not even started working on the car (that was supposed to be completed the previous week.) After ANOTHER week of waiting for a phone call, we AGAIN called them on Friday now (11 days after dropping our vehicle off) for them to tell us it was ready... no one bothered to contact us or let us know the vehicle was ready. They then proceeded to tell us the cost was now $200 MORE than they initially stated. Cleary, we were a bit irritated at this point and curious as to why we were not contacted and made aware that this was now going to be an additional $200. My husband called them back to ask why the cost was significantly higher than we were told and what all had to be done for it to increase to that extent and their "professional" answer to this UNDERSTANDABLE question was, "well, we can charge you MORE if you'd like." Absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO professionalism and we will NOT be returning. We will also make sure it is known to friends and family that the quality of professionalism at this business is close to none. In no way, shape or form was my husband ever RUDE or LOUD with any of the gentleman in the office on the phone and I am highly disappointed a business in our town treats their customers in this fashion.

Jack L Hamlett…read more Antonini Radiator is a superb business! Praise the Lord Jesus so very much for how they back their work! I contacted them twice in the 2 weeks they had it and only got excuses. I'm a car guy and have dealt with MANY businesses and have never been treated this way. Finally tired of waiting, I went to get my radiator and take elsewhere. As soon as I told them I wanted my radiator because it was almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done, the lady said "oh, I got that price for you, let me total it up" and she came back with a ridiculous price of well over $500 dollars! (this is only a small 2 core radiator btw) I got excuses about inflation, prices of copper have gone up, etc. I told them to forget it I'm going elswhere but then they charged me $42.50 because they have a policy that if they test or clean a radiator even if it's not repaired by them, they charge this "service fee". This is total BS and a scam! I never asked them to leak test or clean it, I only wanted a quote! I knew it leaked, that's why I was there! If it wasn't from an antique car of mine I might have walked out and left it behind with their "service charge" but I could not. This is a scam and terrible business practice. They don't need to do any real work, just string you along and do a quick cleaning/test and they get $42.50 for nothing. You get to either pay the "ransom" to get your radiator back or have them actually do the work and really get taken. (and heaven knows how long that would have been if it takes 2 weeks to get a quote!) I have filed a complaint with the BBB and asked for a refund of this money.
