Terrible! I bought a used van from them and got the information printed out for the amount due…read more When we went to sign, the amount was more. Why? Supposedly their system messed up and didn't include taxes. And they knew about the issue, but didn't seem to care nor took the time to double check the sheet to make sure it was correct before giving it to me. Would I have purchased at that price? Hell no. No apology, nothing. The salesman (Collin) didn't offer any information about the vehicle at all. I got everything from CarFax online. Didn't even try to sell it to me, was very impersonal. I asked about getting a roof rack and he said we could buy one, the van had one already! Seriously. They didn't disclose a serious chemical spill in the vehicle, we are now stuck with a vehicle that makes us nauseous and gives us headaches. Laundry soap EVERYWHERE in the carpet. I have never regretted a vehicle purchase or encounter with a dealership so much in my life. Stay the hell away!!!!

He kept the truck for the morning and when I came back he told me that the O2 sensor was not quite plugged in all the way. He plugged it in all the way and all was taken care of. This kind of honesty will win my business every time. Needless to say my truck will always go here if she needs to be worked on
