He had to order a part and required payment up front for his service bill. ($150.00). Upon his return he discovered that there was something else wrong and that it would require more parts and more money. We decided to purchase a new stove and not repair the old one. We ask for a refund but only received $50.00 after 3 weeks. He stated that he didn't have time to worry about refunding our money. Very unprofessional and disappointing...

Bought a washer and dryer from Springfield store in 2020 because of the 10 yr. warranty. Turns out…read moreon the washer the warranty only covers the major part of the washer in the last 5 years. What crap. Why have a 10 yr. warranty? So service call plus parts and labor are out of pocket. We will never buy from them again. They originally messed up the dryer install using the cheapest venting. The tech never clamped it. I had to fix myself. Worst customer service ever! We use Sam's Best Brands now. BUYER BEWARE.

An older gentleman who was very kind, efficient and professional scheduled the appointment. Unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a family emergency which he happily did, even asking which day works best for me. The day of my appointment the repair man arrived, he represented himself well, professionally dressed, free of any smoke odor ( yes...some employees representing their place of employment will come into your home smelling of smoke) We discussed the issue to be sure we both were on the same page and he started doing his thing. Grateful the issue was resolved without giving me an headache...no I'm beyond grateful he was able to resolve my issue without giving me an headache. The appliance is under warranty and my only two options were Chambers and Appliance Repair Solution. The representative from Whirlpool made an effort of try to steer me towards Chambers, however, I respect my fellow yelpers opinions and politely declined. Because I declined Chambers I was advised by the Whirlpool representative I would need to contact "Appliance Repair Solution" to schedule an appointment. I'm perfectly okay w scheduling my own appointment if that increase my odds of receiving better service. Choosing Appliance Repair Solutions was one of the best decisions I made. I definitely recommend them. If you're in need of an appliance repair you won't be disappointed.
