An older gentleman who was very kind, efficient and professional scheduled the appointment. Unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a family emergency which he happily did, even asking which day works best for me. The day of my appointment the repair man arrived, he represented himself well, professionally dressed, free of any smoke odor ( yes...some employees representing their place of employment will come into your home smelling of smoke) We discussed the issue to be sure we both were on the same page and he started doing his thing. Grateful the issue was resolved without giving me an headache...no I'm beyond grateful he was able to resolve my issue without giving me an headache. The appliance is under warranty and my only two options were Chambers and Appliance Repair Solution. The representative from Whirlpool made an effort of try to steer me towards Chambers, however, I respect my fellow yelpers opinions and politely declined. Because I declined Chambers I was advised by the Whirlpool representative I would need to contact "Appliance Repair Solution" to schedule an appointment. I'm perfectly okay w scheduling my own appointment if that increase my odds of receiving better service. Choosing Appliance Repair Solutions was one of the best decisions I made. I definitely recommend them. If you're in need of an appliance repair you won't be disappointed.
