The people that run the place are very nice. I have to knock a star off because of how congested the area around the front check out counter can get as soon as there is more than 1 or 2 customers in line with only 1 register open. Stopped in here on a saturday night to pick up a six pack and a bottle of wine and I found myself dodging customers coming into the store while I was standing in line, and I was waiting a bit because the customer at the register was buying about 90 dollars worth of stuff and paying by credit card. Last time someone was buying several cases of beer and that turned into a wait while someone got them from the back. Time before that it was something else... you get the picture. They need to open another register. They seem to always have plenty of staff on hand. If you are looking to pick up something in a hurry you might end up with a wait if they are busy. I guess that can be expected anywhere, but the store layout here is part of the problem.
