2 things going on here…read more We visited this Taco Bell at 12:44am. We ordered roughly $40 of food. We received 2 items (both of which) were wrong. Nacho fries & a bowl of vegetables is what we received. We go back the this morning looking for at least some level of customer service. Instead we were told we had to call last night and say we were missing food items and they would right our name down. Then they can help lol. I guess I'm not familiar with the Taco Bell by laws of bullshit where they only way you get something you paid for is if you call and number and your name exists on a piece of paper. Quite literally trash customer service and I will be calling corporate and giving them an earful of how mismanaged this branch is. It felt like no one even remotely felt apologetic either.
