I contacted Bobby's Hauling to remove my Mom's freezer that had conked out. Bobby responded quickly to my inquiry and gave me an affordable quote. He showed up on time and hauled away the freezer (which was full of spoiled formerly frozen food) all by himself. He also allowed me to add hauling away an old rusty BBQ grill, too, from our backyard. He was very friendly, courteous, got the job done, and he provided excellent customer service. We had an excellent experience with Bobby and his crew. After finally getting squatters out of our rental house, Bobby made sure that everything was cleaned out of the house and backyard. There were at least 25-30 bags of garbage and miscellaneous furniture on the property. If only I could give Bobby 10 stars! He was very responsive and was able to get me a quote in 10 mins, even came by the day after to haul everything. Bobby was punctual, friendly, easy to talk to (funny guy!). We were chatting for a good 15 mins and didn't even realize he had already picked everything up. 2 fridges, mattress, couches, grills, other junk by himself!
