Wow! Wow! Wow! Coming to Roger Rocka's Dinner Theatre as a child, then decades later, getting to…read morebring my own son for the first time, along with my mom- and it was everything and more... perfection! We got to go to a phenomenal performance of The Buddy Holly Story on a Saturday Night, and we were thoroughly entertained! Seriously...our lil' group-a preteen boy, a lady in her 40's, and one in her 80's- all equally sitting and enjoying a memorable night! That's just magic! We were honored to see Daniel Montgomery's Roger Rocka's Debut, as we have enjoyed seeing him in Bear Stage Productions. My son even got to talk with super talented, Danny after the show! He was Buddy Holly in every sense. Tremendous singing and guitar playing! The entire cast, with musical, dancing, and acting was committed 100% to the characters, and drew the audience in. It moved me. I smiled, laughed, sang along, tapped my feet, shimmied my shoulders, and even teared up. Kudos to the director, Mark Standriff, who I also got the pleasure to meet and talk with following the show. Okay, let's talk the food and service- top notch! The bread and salads were fresh and plentiful! The bruschetta was like a party in your mouth, and the entrees were delicious! In our group we ordered the Grilled Flat Iron Steaks and the Vegetarian Zucchini Rollatini. Ample portions, fantastic textures, and flavors were on point! (See the attached pictures for the full effect). Our table service was flawless, and all the servers were accommodating and attentive! One of the best moments was at the start when our table was surprised by the announcement of us being there- it was my son's first time, and the spotlight shone on him. He has such a love for theatre and had even gotten the chance to be in an production with Buddy Holly himself, Danny, in the Wizard of Oz. The night meant the world to our son, and the talents of all were entertaining and inspiring. The visit as a whole was beautiful, and I highly recommend not just seeing this production, but also coming here for future ones! You'll feel like you traveled to a new destination, and you will have an experience you will not forget. Thank you, thank you to Roger Rocka's Dinner Theatre- you rock!

The food was flavorful, and the portions were just right for each plate we were served. I have a few cocktails because they were a must. Dinner starts around 6pm, it states to be there by 5:30pm so you can get in and get seated, and I highly recommend getting there right when they open so you can get seats facing the stage, you do have assigned tables. The staff all around are so nice, they are quick, they are efficient and deserve to get tipped, because they work really hard for it. I do like this space because it's pretty good inside, and they have plenty of seating, they are also ADA compliant as well. They also put on the best performances, they do have season passes where you can pick which shows you'd like to see. If you like musical theater then you will enjoy and love coming here.

It's been years since we've been to Dave and Busters, and the first time ever in town. It was…read moreactually in San Diego that we first went before the one in Fresno was built. So yeah, that long. I'm on vacation this week and didn't want it to be a stay-cation. In fact, I was hoping to get away for at least an overnight trip. I was thinking, Santa Cruz, Tahoe, Lots Angeles even. I shoot my ideas over to my wife and she says, I was thinking Dave and Busters. Clearly we were on different pages. But I understand where she is coming from, and as you can see, her idea won out. We don't tell the kids where we are going. They just know we are going somewhere for lunch and that it's a surprise. We pull up and my youngest says, I've always wanted to come here! We drive past it every week on the way to gynastics so I shouldn't have been surprised. The older kids barely remember going to D&B as kids, so it's a treat for them too. We walk in and we get the biggest gift ever by a guy with his boys walking out. He has an all day pass that he wants to give to us. We can use it for tickets, but the games will be free. We come to find out that there is a 30 second freeze on the card in between uses, but we learn to adjust. But I'm getting ahead of myself. We order our food, ensuring that we order from the menu where we can get a game card. Best bang for our buck. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce. Three of my kids got cheese burgers and my wife got the wings. Everyone enjoyed their food. What my son and I really wanted was the Buffalo chicken sandwich that comes with blue cheese, but it didn't come with a game card. In addition to the free all-day card we received, we ended up with 4-$10 gaming cards, but those go quick! Like, 15-20 min. Mostly by my daughter playing games that earn tickets. My oldest is more interested in skill games. There's one in the middle where you step on lights on the ground or touch them on the wall. We did that one as a family. Lots of fun. We spent about 2 hours there. I'm sure the boys would have stayed longer if they could but my daughter was winding down. Before we leave, we pass the all-day card to another family. Let them benefit from it too

We ended up buying credits anyhow but part of the reason we came was for free plays. On to the review. The wings were crisp and flavorful, with just the right amount of sauce. We had bbq, sweet chili, and garlic parm. The wings were even good with no sauce. We also ordered the pretzel dogs and tower of nachos. The dogs were so good. The seasoning on the pretzel was amazing, the hot dogs were delish. The tower of nachos was a miss for me personally, but the other parties enjoyed it. It was so loud due to it being Super Bowl but everyone was really well behaved and had fun!

You would have to drive 2-3 hours to LA or Sacramento to get the same experience There are two policies that detract from this room. Players will repeatedly sit out of the game for 20-30 minutes at a time, only returning to the game to make sure they are there when a splash pot or raffle drawing happens, which are done at the top of the hour. These players will repeat this process for hours on end. I understand giving somebody a 30 minute break for a meal, but it's not fair to the rest of the players to have to play with an empty seat and it's not fair to the people on the board waiting to play. Players should be allowed one break with this amount of time each session like at other card rooms. The second issue I have, which is not as prevalent, Is the short buy policy. Players will buy in for one to three dollars on a short buy. Most casinos only allow half the minimum buying on a short buy for example if it's a $20 minimum buying you can only short buy for $10. If these policies were changed, I would gladly give club one five out of five stars.

I've been here a few times and my last visit was just ok, this time around it was pure bliss…read more My wife and I took advantage of a kid free day and some beautiful weather and enjoyed a few sips on their back patio. This is just a beer bar, so beers and seltzers only. I went with the Crow and Wolf Ocean Blast seltzer; a blue coconut, mango, pineapple, and lime beverage. Insanely good and refreshing on a hot afternoon. My wife went a peach seltzer that was just as tasty. We sat in the backyard area, that offers plenty of seating, a few TVs, and a ordering window so you don't need to head to the inside bar to order more drinks. The out area has smoking and non-smoking sections and is dog friendly, but they must be leashed. For food, we went the tri-tip BBQ pizza and a soft pretzel. The pizza was delicious and the perfect size for two people. Huge chunks of tri-tip, spicy BBQ sauce, and very cheesy. I asked for jalapenos on the side for an extra kick of heat. Right now is the perfect time to hit up this place since the weather has been so beautiful. Make sure to check their Instagram page for live music and keep supporting local!

They had lots of outside tables, lounge chairs, live music, a fire pit, and games like Jenga and corn hole. They also had a bar with beers but no cock tails. They had a little arcade area with indoor seating. We ended up playing ping pong which was fun but since it was dark they didn't have good lighting beside the one light bulb from the wall. I got a dark horse drink which was pretty good. They had small bathrooms but I liked how they decorated St Patrick's theme. They also sold food and snacks. There was a cute cat in the cafe too. The music was cool and even saw a couple people dancing. It's a nice spot to bring your friends or go on a date night.
