I'd give zero stars if it were an option. We have a new (June 2014) LG dishwasher that immediately…read moreupon installing gave us an error code from time to time. The device still works but occasionally has to be started over again mid cycle. After several discussions with LG, they advised us to have an appliance repairman come look at the appliance. Brian's was one of two options for certified LG technicians. In December, Brian came out and verified the problem and stated that it needed a new computer. After not hearing anything for a month, I called him and was told it was "on back order". Another month goes by without hearing anything. Finally he send a different tech out and alas, the wrong part. When I called again to find out the status, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Finally we called again and stated if they couldn't give us a repair time, we would have to use somebody else. Once again, no response from them. I would NOT recommend using this service at all.
