Bathroom remodel job went so poorly it was ridiculous. Very few things went as I requested, had to complain almost daily to get it done the way I wanted it. Ended up having to tear out new tile backsplash to do it over again. Had to cut bottom of door because their idea of replacing warped subfloor due to water leak was just put more 3/4" material over top of it. Now my daughters stumble over this "Step-Up" just about every time they go into the bathroom. Called the owner, Robert Burroughs, and asked him to come look at the lack of quality work, and he told me " I was just there at 4:00 - which was a lie because I had been home since 3:00 and saw how horrible that days work went. No one ever there before 9:30 and always gone by 4:00 - 4:15. Damaged new Corian shower walls - scratched by all the drywall dust and burned edges using a grinder to cut tile out from beside edges.
