BEWARE of this scam artist. Bryan gave me different invoices that all equalled different amounts…read more the first invoice wasn't itemized so I asked for it to be the same way he sets up his estimates and when he did that, the amount was almost $1000 more. I asked for an explanation of the differences in price of the invoices and he wouldn't respond. I asked for a STAIN on my deck and he had his friends paint it and it was HORRIBLE. They got paint on my screen and my house. Just look at the pictures! I asked him to finish a room in my basement with texture and paint on the walls. I requested he use orange peel texture to match the entire rest of my house. the final project looks NOTHING like what I asked for. He also painted my ceiling different colors and got the wall color on my white ceiling. I asked for compensation because now I have to hire someone else to fix and he went back and forth with saying he wouldn't charge me to he changed his mind and is charging me. During this back and forth of me just trying to get my money's worth for what I paid for, he threatened legal action if I didn't pay. I asked for copies of the contract that I signed at the beginning of the project and he has ignored me and not provided me with the paperwork that I am legally entitled to. When I tried to use the yelp guarantee money back, he lied to them and said he didn't charge me for the paint or texture and wrote me an email saying I was abusing the system! He also posted pictures of my house on his Facebook page without my permission. Bryan will bully and threaten you and he does NOT know what he is doing. I wish I would've kicked him out of my house. PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake I made.

There is a young blonde man who comes and he never leaves the job completed correctly. He left once saying 'should be good now' an hour later the air was still not cool. It was fine because he came back and fixed his mistake free of charge, of course I wouldn't have paid regardless. He came to my place because my Google nest was showing 2+ hour heat times. He spent his time on the phone with customer service and didn't fix the 2 hour notice but basically just blamed Nest for being a bad product. Now summer is here and my a/c doesn't work. When using the company this time I will see if I can get a tech who may be a little more experienced and will update the post!

We received quotes from two highly rated Companies in the area but after thorough research,…read moresuspected that they were not being fully honest. We received a quote for approximately $14k and $8k to replace our entire system. We asked a few friends who have lived in the area for over a decade and they strongly recommended Crawford's. Kelly came out to assess the issue and was incredibly helpful, explaining everything and offering advice to prevent potential future issues. He fixed the issue for about $125, saving us thousands, and the HVAC has been running smoothly with no issues for the past two months. Kelly was genuine in wanting to assist us and an honest worker. Before potentially rushing to conclusions, I highly recommend waiting and getting an opinion by Crawford's. They truly care and their priority is fixing the issue at hand to help clients, and not just to maximize their profit.

I recently completed a whole home remodel with Thomas Construction. I cannot say enough good things…read moreabout the experience that I had. We worked primarily with Kevin Voss and Bryant Post and both were great guys. (I did meet several of their other workers as well who were equally great). We were remodeling our house from out of town and we all know how challenging things can be at the Lake of the Ozarks. From the first day when Kevin showed up 5 minutes early with 7 or 8 contractors in tow on a Saturday morning, we pretty knew we had to go with him. He did not disappoint... every email or text was answered in a timely fashion, every detail attended to. We even came in just slightly under budget; as Kevin helped us shop around looking for the best options for our ideas (even with adding a few things).I really cannot put into words the peace of mind we had knowing the Kevin and Briant were there to over see the details when we couldn't be. I tell everyone how great Thomas Construction is and highly recommend them.

After a couple days and 4 phone calls I got an estimate for asphalt shingles. I replied that the estimate I wanted was for metal, but to disregard because I was going with another company. He acknowledged, but then left me a voicemail like we had never talked or most likely he forgot that he sent out a estimate. Again wrong estimate and didn't even remember speaking to me.
