He showed up much earlier than we were told without calling ahead. Frankly smelt unshowered and like he smoked heavily. After getting his equipment set up, he was unsuccessful and due to his frequent interruptions for assistance we asked him to leave. His office staff did not answer his call to take our payment so he said they would call later for it. At that point he discovered our floor was damaged from the equipment. It also left a huge mess of oil or some brown mess sprayed all over our bathroom. It took the office staff a week to collect payment then they blamed us for not reporting the floor damage. Eric never once said we had to call and report it especially since he noticed it! My husband tried clearing up the confusion but she was very rude to him. Later, I called the office staff myself to ask why we had to report an issue the owner should have taken care of immediately but didnt and the gal then became extremely belligerent telling me they dont like to do in home work. Why did you agree to it then?! I was able to reach Eric who was not concerned about our floor at this point but backed up his staff stating it was all our fault and in the future we should go rent the proper equipment and do it ourself. I was billed for 3 hours labor and they spent less than one on the job. after I excavated the hole for them, the assistant slammed the shovel into the pipe. when I called I had told them exactly what the issue was and they did not bring anything required for the job. I was charged not only for the parts they had to go and buy but also for the drive time. When I tried to reach erik his wife"secretary" told me if I didn't like the bill I should not have called them in the first place. it didn't make sense to me . I spent a couple weeks calling every 3 days trying to reach him. Finally I blocked my number and called they answered on the first ring. Asked my name and hung up, after that I could not call from that phone again, my number had been blocked and I still did not get to speak with Erik. I would recommend not answering the door and calling the police If you see them near your property.

They send out extra people for a one man easy job then charge double time when the second guy was training the other one and expects me to pay for his training. I questioned why and they gave me a minor discount. Then I had my dad call them for a repair and a guy got on the phone and gave my dad grief about me asking about the double charge and continued to have an attitude about it and said they will only show up for a one time courtesy since I disagreed with his billing and continued to tell him they will never work for me or him ever again. So just cuz we have the same last name they are rude and arrogant to my father. This is one of the worst unethical business deals I've heard of. Then I told only three people this story and all three had similar horrible experiences with Bell. Save yourself the headaches and money and stay away from Bell. Absolutely horrible business
