Randy communicated extremely well, which was very important for all of us! If he was not available for a phone call, text, or email question, or was running a few minutes late, he promptly communicated and gave us times when we could talk. Communication was huge for us, as well as honesty, integrity, quick responses, and great, sound advice during this hectic journey. When we got a bit stressed with all we had to do to get it shown, Randy's kind and encouraging words, (along with his physical help, digging with my husband and friend in the heat of the day) reminded us how lucky we were to have him in our selling corner. Randy suggested/advised us what we needed to do to get the house ready for showing, we did it, and it sold within months of my sister's initial phone call to him. My sisters thought it would take much longer to finish the sale, but others who knew him, told us he would get it sold, at a fair price, and we would not have to be worrying about it for another year like we originally thought. We PRAISE GOD they were right! Our 93 year-old dad was sooooo thankful for him too. Randy came to his new apartment several times to help him with loads of paperwork. Because of Yelp, I found a realtor that had extensive experience, however, she didn't have the time and support I needed as a first time homebuyer. I requested a different realtor that had the time to answer all of my questions (I had many and I started asking these questions at sometimes 3AM!!) and the support I needed. Basically, I needed someone who will hold my hand and carry me through the whole process. So came ELIZABETH OLIVERA!! She is AMAZING! Not only is she intelligent but such a great listener.
