Pre-approved loan in hand, I arrived in the Memorial Day time period, and Dan graciously took my relatives and I to see 5 houses, and answered many detailed follow-up questions I had. We sat down and went over the details of buying in Missouri. Dan was a gentleman, very personable, and an experienced professional. My husband was in the running for a job where we live with a major company, and he got it. So, my move to Missouri is postponed for now. I still subscribe to listing updates and keep my eyes open for houses. When we finally get to Missouri, I will be calling on Dan. Regarding the comment by the man Kevin S. in 2016...I have no idea about the agent he mentioned; however, the comment about Murney Associates being "dumb rednecks" is an ignorant, inflammatory, prejudice comment. Untrue, and not my experience. There are always two sides to a story. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow down marks on comments. Murney is rated in the top realtors in the United States.
