We listed our home with this agent and were very disappointed with her lack of knowledge in the local market and with her lack of being able to market the property technologically, as well as use current technology. After a month of listing with her, I contacted her and requested for her to put the home on all 3 main websites and she said she would ask someone how. I checked back in several months later and it was still not online. She priced our home much higher than the competition and we had to instigate every price reduction. After lowering the home $15,000, we received an offer and she sent us the paperwork, but she sent it to use in electronic format and didn't know how to work it. It was also on a contract she was unfamiliar with and she tried to get us to sign the original contract even though we had countered the offer on a separate sheet, therefore there was absolutely no need for us to sign the original at all. After multiple requests for the property to be added online, and it not being added, we asked her to withdraw our home from the market. She then sent us a withdraw form (and asked us to sign it) that stated that if we withdrew the property and sold it, she would still be due a commission. We tried to speak with her broker about her unwillingness to withdraw the property with dignity, and the fact that we had not been provided with copies of any documents that we had signed, but her broker at Stutemans Realty, was no help at all. She told us she would speak with the agent the next day and that the she (the Broker) would call us back and also send us those documents and then we never heard back from the Broker. I would not recommend the agent or the company for all of those reasons. I have copies of all conversations proving these statements as well as screenshots from Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com showing the homes lack of advertising. read more
