He blamed us when it was his responsibility as a general contractor to manage the project, communicate with and guide us in timing of selecting materials, and to obtain estimates to complete construction within the timeframe agreed upon and within our budget. He still has not delivered materials we've paid for and has not provided for repairs that are covered under warranty.
