From the very first phone call, JC was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They scheduled a free in-home consultation within a couple of days, and the consultant arrived right on time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered fantastic suggestions without any high-pressure sales tactics. He took precise measurements and helped me choose the perfect style, color, and finish that complements my décor perfectly. The installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on the exact day promised, laid down drop cloths to protect my floors, and worked efficiently and neatly. The shutters were custom-made and fit every window like a glove--no gaps, no adjustments needed. The quality is outstanding: solid hardwood, smooth operation, and that classic, elegant look that instantly elevated the whole house. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. They even adjusted the tilt rods exactly how I wanted them and made sure I knew how to clean and maintain everything properly. The pricing was fair and transparent--no hidden fees or surprises on the final bill. Honestly, it felt like a premium service at a very reasonable cost. I've already get compliments from everyone who visits, and the difference in light control, privacy, and insulation is night and day. I recommend Elite Decor to anyone looking for plantation shutters (or any window treatments, really). They're true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're on the fence, go with them--you'll be as delighted as I am! Thank you for transforming my home!

Highly recommend JC and his company!

Naples Shutter is a great company. Period. I had shutters that were not functioning properly. I…read morecalled MANY shutter companies in Naples area to see if they could repair them. They all started with the same question: did we install them? If not, then they don't want to help. I calld Naples Shutter and what I was told was "bring them in honey, we'll fix them". Perfect. They did repair the shutter, replaced some bad louvers, and repainted it. I was very happy. However, when I installed it another louver became loose. I subsequently noticed another shutter had bad louvers as well. When I called to tell them the shutter they repaired failed at home, and I had another shutter to repair as well I was again told: " Honey, bring them in, we'll fix them". Unfortunately, due to travel I was not able to get back to them until almost a month later with both shutters. Nonetheless, I dropped them both off with notes about the bad louvers, and noted how one failed when I installed it. Shortly thereafter I was called and told they were both repaired. When I got them I was told there was no charge! I persisted, but they would not take any payment. Instead I was told, "We just want to make sure you're well. We're a family owned business, and we stand by our work". I was really taken by their integrity and pride of work. Naples Shutter is an honest, fair, reputable, straight-up, family owned business. Very honest and fair. Trust them. They do quality work, with pride, and are honest. Go to them. Paul Fil
