    30hp $2995 not so!

Tried to buy buy an outboard from them. The prices and availability on their website have nothing to do with reality. Price online for a 30 Tohatsu was $2995 when you finally get someone on the phone it's around $5100. This is a true shame for such a large company. Bait and switch at its finest.

Instead, I'm going to tell you how I and many of my friends and neighbors utilize this place! I think of it as different levels of use. Check the Products section for this info. Arriving- They are directly on Main Street in teeny tiny Avon Park so they're easy to find. Mostly street parking here. Ambience- Lots and lots of stuff that's kind of sort off arranged by type. For example, custom sounds systems are in the same area. It can seem a little cluttered but it's clean and decently merchandised. Customer Service- I've never had a problem. There's a bunch of stuff that's fairly technical. So, if the person you're talking to doesn't have the knowledge, they'll quickly get the person who does. Products- I call the Toy Store Level #1. All the little stuff you seem to need like trash containers, sun blockers, seat covers etc. On my last visit I purchased a perfect, cushioned, steering wheel cover! See my pic. Level #2- Customized sound systems. Folks into that stuff will drool here with professional installation readily available. Level #3- Pickup truck customization. Everything your heart desires and more. Level #4- Tires and general maintenance. Catalog- Plug in the make, model and year of your wheels into their website for a targeted search to meet your needs. Conclusion- In today's world of online everything, it's sometimes valuable to be able to touch something before you purchase and these folks fill that need and more.

But perhaps because it was almost 5pm when I arrived and they close at 6pm, they failed to properly diagnose the problem. I told them the car's battery light was on so are all the warning lights. It practically stalled on me at their driveway. I asked if it was the alternator and they said the battery just needed to be replaced. I left with the battery warning light still on and they said it'll turn off once I drive it for a few miles. It didn't. After 4 days, the light was still on so I called and asked if it's safe to drive to Tampa. I was told it is. It wasn't. The car stalled and stopped running and had to be towed. It was the alternator. I don't know how they could miss diagnosing something so basic. Even ChatGpt was able to diagnose the problem the first time. I took the car to another shop.

2025 Camry XSE 9k miles I have never felt compelled to write…read morea review this detailed about a dealership, but here we are! I feel other customers deserve to know what happened. Unfortunately a large part of my frustration isn't just with the workmanship, It's with the service management and the way my concerns were handled. My Camry was brought in for a warranty issue involving deterioration of the rubber around the panoramic sunroof. After approximately a month of going back and forth, providing pictures and making multiple trips, Toyota approved repair and ordered a roof. I was told the repair would be completed in one day. I was called and told the vehicle was ready. I arrived to pick it up and immediately found problems. The new roof had been scratched during the repair, and there appeared to be an attempt to cover the damage with glue. The headliner also been creased and damaged. I brought these issues to the dealership's attention and was asked to leave the vehicle overnight. The next day I was told again that the vehicle was ready. This is where my experience with the service manager became particularly frustrating. When I inspected the vehicle and pointed out the damage to the roof, rather than taking ownership of the situation, working toward a proper resolution. The response I received was essentially that the vehicle had been taken to a body shop and "that's the best we can do." I'm sorry but "that's the best we can do" is not an acceptable answer when you're returning a nearly new $44k vehicle to a customer after a major warranty repair. I didn't bring them a damaged vehicle. They received a vehicle in like new condition. And if the service manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of work leaving the service department, I have to ask Who is actually inspecting these vehicles before customers are told they are ready? Because it certainly wasn't happening in my case! I was then told to come back later after they addressed additional loose panels and improperly aligned interior moldings. So I made another trip! My third attempt to pick up the vehicle. And during that inspection, I discovered something that I consider extremely serious. Neither of the two front seat belts was functioning properly! I was repeatedly told my vehicle was ready, yet I was the one discovering basic safety issues during my inspections. If the vehicle was driven to a body shop while the seat belts weren't functioning, that raises serious questions about the dealership's inspection and safety procedures. I wonder what their insurance would say about that! My problem is that I was given multiple opportunities to pick up my vehicle because I was told it was ready and each time I discovered additional problems that should have been caught before the vehicle was released. The dealership had one job, repair my vehicle and return it to me properly. Instead, I now have a vehicle with multiple problems that it didn't have when I brought it in. That is simply unacceptable! I am currently working with Toyota's corporate customer relations team to get these issues addressed. I'm hopeful that someone at the corporate level will actually take ownership of this situation and help get my vehicle restored to the condition it was in before Toyota of Sebring performed the repair. What makes this even more disappointing is that this isn't my first complaint involving this repair. I previously contacted Toyota corporate and the dealership told corporate everything was fine! Yet nobody from the dealership or ownership team, not even the general manager followed up with me. Scratch on the lower front bumper on edge of splitter. New panoramic sunroof broke after the third use -- the frame is broken and might need replacing again. Sunroof was not properly programmed; when placed in vent mode, it would not close. Rattle / noise coming from inside the vehicle around the rear window. Driver's rear interior sill panel is broken and loose. Passenger's front interior sill panel is broken and loose. Headliner has three separate creases
