We arrived early, they were very late in letting us know one of the boats was not running. The weather was very bad and the waves high. They suggested we all get in two boats after they had said per the law it required three boats to meet the safety standards and looking at the boats I don't think we would be able to fit in just two boats. So, the trip was cancelled, they have refused any type of refund and have now stopped communicating. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!!

We rented the Lagoon 42 which is a 12.80 meter catamaran with 3 cabins. There's a net and cushions on the front of the boat along with two seats on the edge to sit and watch the river and sights. Inside, the cushioned benches give plenty of room. We had a group of 13 and we weren't crowded, along with the 3 person crew and additional 2 people hired to give a wine tasting. The cost of the tour included going from Lisboa down to Belem and back along with wine, juice and water, a cheese board, and the famous Lisboa cream pastries. I paid extra for the wine tasting for the group and while I didn't participate, everyone who did told me they really enjoyed it. They had wine from 6 different regions of Portugal, and the expert gave them the story and history behind each. We got a great view of Belem, the famous bridge, the Jesus statue, the elevator that brings the two cities together, and other sites. The crew was very friendly and started sailing after giving us a safety instruction. Milene met me when we arrived and worked through the billing and experience with me.
