After that the rate would increase 35%, at least that was was said at the time I rented. This week I got a notice that said my new rate would be $250/mo. I was blown away! I called and complained but the Aransas Pass manager said it was a corporate decision. Clearly, they are using the old bait and switch routine. Do not rent from these sharks! They can charge any rate anytime!
