This is a new boat storage facility in the Rockport area. It is by far the most well thought out facilities along the mid Texas coast. To start the facility has 8 wash down bays with high pressure hoses, separate motor flush hose and even air for your tires. The entire facility is concrete, no gravel or dirt to deal with in raining days!! They have two commercial ice machines for all our ice needs. They also have men's and women's restrooms. You basically have everything you need except bait and beer. The security is top notch. No expense was spared in the design and build of this place. From the looks of the construction in the bays, the buildings appear to be engineered to withstand high winds (ie. hurricanes). The owners are very nice and are usually on the property. read more
