He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

IN MARINA WE TRUST!…read more Go with THE BEST and FORGET the REST! Talk about above and beyond? Realtors often recommend improvements to boost your return, but then leave it to you to make it happen. If you only had the time, right! Marina Masciarelli Tramontozzi (now THAT's ITALIAN, eh!) was the only realtor to bring in a dedicated, competent, turnkey contractor that works on Marina's schedule, for the price promised and does all the "right" work needed for the elusive Marina "WOW" factor that really sells. She transitioned a "lived in 45 years, needs a lot of work" home into a turnkey 32% price increase yielding an added $100,000 in profit in 30 days! All I had to do was Trust in Marina! Simply THE BEST! Trust in Marina...you'll be impressed!

Selecting True North Realty was the best decision we made as we planned our move. Marina was…read moreextraordinary! She provided expert advice during every step of the process, was kind and supportive as we made the decision to sell the house that was our home for 37 years, and used her experience and skill to match us with a buyer who we could count on to complete the sale with ease. We couldn't be happier, and highly recommend True North Realty to anyone who wants to make selling (or buying) a home a pleasant and rewarding experience.

Joyce Kiley was our realtor. She has been in the business for years! She is very knowledgable about the area, knows the market and establishes a fair price. The ultimate decision is up to you as to what you want to sell your house for or put in an offer, but since we don't do it all the time and she does, we took her suggestions and guidance very seriously. She is very attentive, friendly and knows her stuff and many people in the business. She has given us numerous recommendations for loan officers, home inspectors, etc. She provides a whole market analysis on your property. We listed and sold our "funky" house in a month! :) I didn't really like the website they use to send out houses that match your criteria - we used Redfin more often then not. But I did like the feedback application/website they used to provide us with up to date feedback from all the different buyers that have come through our house! I highly recommend Boardwalk, and especially Joyce! She is well known in the real estate business in the area, we went to two open houses and the listing agents both knew Joyce and said great things about her!

We ran into all kinds of agents along the way - no one I mean no one has done for us what John Bulman has. He has gone ABOVE and BEYOND what an agent does to ensure his community and his buyers/sellers get what they need. He has provided us with contractors of various sorts and experienced advice on managing an income property. We valued his services so much that we are using him to also handle our rental...inside of this he has provided us honest feedback, and honest advice to things we need to do to ensure we become investment income property savvy. More businesses need people who provide service like this and who care about what they do. John Bulman is our superhero! Thank you John - if there was a 6th star with a gold medal you'd get it.
