I'm a casual gamer, but brand new to VR, so it took a good 15min of my hour timeslot to get used to handling the controls and navigating the menu. I kept on getting really excited and asking all these random questions and there was always someone on their helpful staff to answer them. I can tell they get asked alot of the same things by different people. And there's so much to try! Our party did multiplayer co-op campaigns (shooting arrows at ogres) as well as explored our own interests (ninjaing fruit, swinging golf clubs, falling off planks, similating a vacation, flying though google earth maps). I think there's over 50 options to choose from, and from at least what I've tried, are all high quality games. Although each uses the controls a slightly different way (e.g. one game might need a button click to pick up an object while another needed you to raise your hand up and down), and some games were not always beginner friendly. The multiplayers were also a bit difficult to coordinate and may have been better if our VR stations were closer together. We also tried their 4D locomotion zone and opted for a racing game. The seats really do shift pretty intensely in all directions and you can feel the wind in your face. I didn't feel like the controls were very responsive and definitely felt motion sick after 2 laps. Probably because I'm old and sensitive to vertigo but I would not do again. The area itself is spacious and clean and fun. Screens everywhere, rainbow lights on electronics, artsy wallpaper that illustrates a world with angry birds & alice in wonderland & rocky balboa & a giant shark with jaws, but in a very natural way. They also have benches and coat racks (and should consider shelf/safe space for handbags) and even cocktail tables for catering or events. All in all they have 20ish stations and seems popular with walk-ins, at least on the saturday morning we were there. I am definitely looking into planning a future event here!

The price is little up the sky but since there is no time limit, the longer you stay until your little one tires out, the better it will be on your pocket. But for the money you pay for the rides and the mandatory company branded socks you pay $3 for, there are so many interesting rides and digital entertainments. My little one is 2.5 years old and he thoroughly enjoyed Rock N Tots area and everything beyond that was safe to play around and met his size limit. I look forward to the day when he will get on the adventurous looking zip line ride. Nevertheless, we found ourselves a place we will keep coming back to until our son grows out of it. Parking? Great venue for a concert, standing room only (not really my first preference these days), parking is available but goes fast (early arrival gives the best opportunity). We did not have the food. The service as far as entering the venue, showing your tickets, etcetera was seamless. Again, there's no vip seating or box seats, it's a bowling alley turned concert venue so general admission/first come first serve rules apply. My only gripe would be how cold it was inside. Of course, the more crowded, the less chilly. But still, you could feel a draft whenever the doors opened. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I'd go again!

She clearly and patiently explained all the options and was a fantastic ambassador for the front desk. We bought the 3-ride bundle. Since a couple of the kids were under 15, we started with a Semi-Pro race. Unfortunately, my kart wasn't working properly--it braked going uphill, downhill, and pretty much whenever it felt like it. Not exactly the ideal start. The next races we switched to Pro, but there were still quite a few racers on the track. If you're hoping to set records, I'd definitely recommend coming at a quieter time. When you have slower drivers who haven't quite figured out how to drive yet, patience becomes part of the experience. Despite that, everyone had a great time, and the staff really made the experience enjoyable. A couple of negatives: the karts should be checked more carefully before putting them into a race. Losing a race because your kart isn't functioning properly is frustrating. And then there's the price. Three races each for the whole family gets very expensive--almost approaching what you might pay for a full day at Universal Studios. That definitely puts the cost into perspective. I would give a 5 star for the racetrack and the staff, but the price and the broken kart brought it down to 3. So 4 in total Would I do it again? Absolutely. Would my wallet agree? Probably not. Everything was spread out and didn't feel on top of each other. The location was way bigger than it had appeared to be. Bathrooms were spotless. I initially had my Dad and I to do one race and an hour of axe throwing but after our race my Dad lit up. So I asked the helpful associate Angel if we can sub our axe game for another race. The manager Nicole was such a sweetheart and did it no problem. Amazing experience, 10/10 recommend. My only dilemma is for people who carry most of their height in their legs beware. The go-cart seat can only go back so much. But otherwise we had a blast.

(I've been involved in softball 10+ years with two daughters so we've played everywhere, and the foul balls here are the worst) Plus they have a bunch of kids basically running things and they aren't very well trained. Speeding around in golf carts and doing a half butt job. Food is OK, a little pricey but again, its kids taking orders and serving and cooking and they need more training. Egg sandwiches always have shells in them, burgers are so-so, and i'm not sure they change the cooking oil enough. Plus lots of flies. It's just not a welcoming atmosphere. The bag checks and strip searches (exaggerating a little) and not being able to even bring my own coffee just makes me hate coming here.
