Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Bought a helmet and it ended up being too small, emailed customer service and they said to just return it and they would send a large back to me. I went to UPS and returned it a few hours after they told me to and all of a sudden they tell me they are out of larges and there is nothing they can do. When I received them, I opened the box to find 2 different color shoes. When I tried to process a return I received a once sentence response from what sounded like a petulant child. I was essentially called a liar and told that they didn't carry that color; that I didn't get the shoe from them. A return label was processed, but the shipping was not covered. I sent another email to which I was again called a liar by seemingly the same person and have called and left a message at the store. I'll be amazed if I receive a call back. All the negative reviews about this place are 100% correct. They are a Scam company. You order something from their website or on Amazon and they send you trash that has already obviously been returned multiple times. Then you return it and they never send you a refund and they hope you just give up so they can keep your money. If you ordered something from their website there is a very good chance you are screwed, unless you want to take actual legal action against them. If you ordered from amazon (or ebay) luckily you are 100% covered. Just go on amazon support chat after you have returned your item and the tracking says they received it. then just tell the support person that you tried to contact them over the phone with the number that is provided on amazon. Amazon will force the refund through. Went today to find winter gloves for working outdoors. They helped me find the gloves that were completely waterproof. Tried the one on the rack and it was a little small so he went to warehouse next door to find me a larger size. Highly recommend. Worst online shopping experience ever!! Placed a simple skateboard wheel order almost a month ago. Here we are about 20 days later and I have had ZERO communication as to where my order is. Now...to be clear...I understand that we are experiencing a pandemic and shipping times are slower. But this is ridiculous. The real problem is I've called and tried to leave messages on their machine but it cuts you off before you can leave any message. Secondly, I've sent emails and have had ZERO response. Bought a bike through Amazon. Bike took forever to deliver because it was oversized and had to rent a van to pick it up. Post Office wanted cash to pay for oversized. Fraud because BP lied about the shipping weight and size, which PO will be going after. Bike turned out to be used, heavily scratched, filed on and the parts were simply dumped in the box without any packing: tape, tie wraps, foam, plastic bagging. Manual pages were greasy. No matter what, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I originally ordered some bib snow pants from them because they were sold out everywhere else and they had them. I ordered one size too big (I accept the blame, this is my fault) however the returning process has been impossible. I emailed them abut sending them back and got an answer within two days, I promptly returned the pants and waited for my exchanged pair. AN ENTIRE WEEK LATER I emailed them asking about the pants and they said that they were sold out in that size and their had been a miscommunication but they still had failed to communicate that they didn't have them in stock and didn't think to email me about it. I was fine with that and asked for a refund to which they responded another week later with an email about "getting a different style pant" instead of a refund, which I said no to. Once again they emailed back a while later saying that they had "just got a return in the pants and size I want" so when i asked if they could send them they said "There was another miscommunication" and they didn't have them it has now been over a month no response and they still have my money.
