One of the worst doctors I've ever been to (and i've been to a LOT). I came to Dr. Bo Macdonald's office in severe pain and at my wits' end, hoping for some relief from my chronic trigeminal nerve pain. It had recently worsened due to a massage that aggravated the nerve. Someone recommended this place, saying it was more affordable and a bit different from aesthetic Botox (which I usually use for pain relief, though it's expensive). From the moment I sat in Dr. Macdonald's chair, I expressed my pain, tenderness, and sensitivity. As she began touching my face, I kept telling her it hurt--saying "ouch" multiple times and clearly expressing that it wasn't helping. Despite that, she applied full pressure to the exact area that was already inflamed, saying, "this is helpful." It wasn't. I left her office in tears--in more pain than when I arrived. She also acted like she was giving me a deal on the Botox, but charged more per unit than some of the best aesthetic injectors in Beverly Hills. There was no pricing menu, and she seemed to make up a price on the spot. The whole place gave off scammy vibes--on top of everything, she tried to upsell me on therapeutic massages, and a mouthguard. After injecting me, she continued aggressively working on my face with unnecessary pressure and even used a wooden tool with a metal tip. It felt completely unprofessional and counter intuitive to my pain and tenderness. I woke up the next day in more pain than before, and I seriously doubt the small amount of Botox she used will even last. Miscommunication with pricing and even more pain than I came in with. I have had sensitive teeth for as long as I can remember, so I've historically felt very nervous about all dental visits. In the past, many dentists & hygienists have hurt me & either ignored my requests for extra numbing or didn't wait long enough to let gel or Novocain take their full effect. So I'd suffer during treatment and then be numb long after the appointment. Dr. Macdonald is the first dentist in my 57 years of life to numb me with enough topical gel - and then wait for it to take effect, so I don't feel the needle even going in. She is the first dentist to then wait long enough to make sure I am fully numb before she starts working on me. This alone tells me how different she is from the rest. Dr. Macdonald is also the first dentist to ever recommend bonding to address my gum recession and the resulting sensitivity that I'm sure has gotten worse as I have aged. I had no idea that I could even do anything about it until she suggested bonding. And I had no idea how sensitive my teeth had even become til after she bonded several teeth & I noticed how much more comfortable I feel. My friends who referred me all love hygienist Dean, but I haven't had a chance to meet him yet. Dr Macdonald did my cleaning in the first visit I made to her office, and as soon as I met her I could tell I made the right choice switching to her. This pains me to write this review, because Dean and Bo's staff are wonderful, caring professionals. I wrote a glowing review for Bo years ago, and she's been my dentist for about 29 years. But unfortunately, my teeth deteriorated unnecessarily under her care, and her ethics have left me with a very expensive and unnecessary problem. Years ago, she did a crown for my #14 molar. The crown was too small, and there was a large gap between it and the back molar. Food got in there and was painful, and this went on for a few years. Instead of offering to redo the crown, she kept charging me expensive treatments to fill the gap and inject it with antibiotics because it was always getting infected. She charged me $589 for one treatment, and I had to come back a few months later for another one! The crown fell out a couple of times, and rather than redoing the crown, she kept drilling the tooth down so far there was nothing left of it to attach the crown to. Her solution was for an implant for 5K, but I don't grow bone well so that wasn't even an option. The infection spread to the other molar, and finally, I had to go to another dentist to see if he could save either one of them. If she had just offered to fix the crown years ago, as she should have, this discomfort and expense could have all been avoided. Plus, she's gotten really rude as the years have gone by. Rude to me, and especially rude to her staff. I can no longer recommend her, unfortunately. read more

Best Dentist, EVER! I have been using Bo and her team for over 25 years. She is masterful and a true artist of her trade. I originally went to her because no dentist could match a front tooth color (tag football as a child, permanently discoloured front tooth) she fixed my tooth and now I have a smile that is 100%. I was super nervous about going to the dentist, but mi amiga referred me to her and the experience was pretty incredible. Your health is like running shoes, never skimp. Pay for the good stuff, because in the end its worth it. (I learned this the hard way when I went and bought some cheap running shoes from walmart and it was a waste of 25 bucks, because I wore them once and never again because they felt like Satan was nipping at my feet.) I felt at ease instantly because all the staff are so friendly and really personable. The pristine smiles all felt genuine and warm, especially Joan the office manager. I unclenched (my butthole) just a little.. because they were so nice and explained everything in detail and even gave me some schooling on things I should do at home like FLOSSING. ugh Sheila worked on my teeth first, and she gave me some tips and a little education on what was happening inside my mouth (other than the party) She was so thorough with my cleaning, and she addressed all the issues I had. She took her time, and even asked if I needed a breather in between or headphones to drown out the grinding sounds. Then the dentist let's call her Bo, came in and went over my xrays with me. She was so personable and really took her time explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was fascinated with her glasses, but I thought it would be rude to ask to try them on...lol. After the xray's I had some whitening done, and they took so much care and attention to everything. They even turned on one of my favorite movies to watch so I wouldn't be bored! I've been back a few times now and I'm happy to say that my opinion hasn't changed! I went in the other day to get a cavity fixed. As usual, I was greeted by the friendly staff, sat immediately and was back in my car within 40 minutes. Wow! Seriously, for those of you who work in the, you can get a cavity fixed during your lunch break. Dr Macdonald is the sweetest person, she makes you feel comfortable and has the most soothing voice. For those of you out there who are scared of the dentist or simply avoiding it, this office may be perfect for you. Right before she turned on the drill, she asked if I wanted a headset so that I didn't have to hear the sound of the drill. They also offered to turn on the TV. I didn't need either because I'm completely comfortable getting dental work done. But if you're not, it's probably a good idea to blast some music in your ears. First impressions are important! So in this time of my life where I'm job searching like crazy, I'm doing everything I can to make sure that appearances fit the job. That is, other than actually being qualified for the job ;D So the lovely Lucy Y. referred me to Dr. MacDonald to get my pearly whites even whiter! Also warm and friendly, she inquired about my recent dentist visits and any problems I have been experiencing. After a brief examination, conversation led took a more casual friendly turn. I'm the kind of person that enjoys when a doctor/dentist visits are more than just business. It puts me at ease :) As for the teeth whitening process itself, easy peasy! Joan applied vitamin E to my lips and gums before inserting the mouth piece with bleach. She gave me a pair of glasses to protect my eyes, pointed the bright light at my mouth, set up a movie to play for my entertainment, and handed me a bell if I needed to notify her (which I did use about 15 minutes in when I really needed to spit...haha!) The process took 20 mins! Dean, the dental hygienist came to clean and wrap up the process then gave me an overview of what to do for aftercare. I was given a whitening pen to apply for the next three nights and he also recommend using it after any major teeth cleaning. My teeth were whiter for sure but not scary Ross from Friends white ;D I was certainly impressed by the results but what really made this a 5-star experience was the treatment I got from the entire staff. Each of them made me feel like I was the most important patient in the office! I went in for a check-up and cleaning. Joan at the front office is really one of the best dental office staff I've met. Parking: structure (get validation). I didn't find parking info on the site so I parked at the meter and forgot to watch my time. Got to my car 1 minute after meter expired and got a ticket. $65 out the door. Hmph! Dr. Bo was nice and thorough, but the person that made me really enjoy the visit was Dean. Dean, the hygienist, was so informative and explained things to me like no other. I was guilty of not keeping up with flossing everyday. Not anymore. Dean really changed my life. This place is not cheap. Since I was spoiled by an excellent dental insurance from my previous job, I had a huge sticker shock to see the estimate. Let me start by saying Dr. MacDonald and her staff are truly AMAZING! I came to Dr. Bo's a little over two years ago with some major dental issues and in danger of losing some of my teeth. I needed a second opinion and an honest professional who genuinely cared about the welfare of their patients. I had bone loss in my teeth causing them to spread out and creating huge spaces between them. I had gaps that I wasn't born with between both my two front and bottom teeth. Honestly things were so bad my entire smile shifted from it's original position. Dr. Bo and Dean worked together and implemented the right procedures to restore the health of my teeth and I was overjoyed to say the least, but we were just getting started. Dean restored my faith in Hygienist, he's the best. Another attribute to a great Dental practice. The next steps were challenging as I started the Clear Correct treatment to get my smile back on track, and all I can say is that it was well worth it! I was floored at how quickly the teeth were moving during the process, almost like how you'd move chess pieces on a board, it was pure magic! This was encouraging and I was determined to stick to the program as much as possible. Every 3 weeks I was inserting a new set of trays and I saw a change in my smile in 2 months. I mean you could actually see immediate results in the initial stages. Again very encouraging because I was sticking to the program! After a few months the liners were a part of my daily routine like drinking water. I loved going to my follow up appts. with Dr. Bo just to hear her say how great my teeth were coming along, and how she could tell I was wearing my liners for the amount of time needed. Her excitement made me more determined. We are now at the end of my treatment and the gaps are closed, my smile is back on track and I feel absolutely GREAT! I'm getting my teeth whitened this week and a few more adjustments and I'm well on my way to a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Bo!!!!!!!! I have been going to this dentist for at least four years. I moved to SF and I still go here every time I'm in town. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Dental hygienist dean is amazing! Gentle hands! I never have to wait compared to all my previous dentist. I get seen right away when I arrive! I have been going back and forth on this review for months now. I made a couple visits here at the end of last year to get a teeth cleaning and some minor work done on some slightly misshapen teeth. I had a good experience, and my teeth cleaning with Dean was among the best I've had. Despite some lingering tooth pain that I still experience 6 months later, I refuse to go back. Read on for why. I enthusiastically recommended Dr. Macdonald's office to my boyfriend, who had recently gotten dental insurance coverage and was looking for a place to deep clean his teeth. It was his first dental visit in years, and he knew there was some catch-up to do. I won't write about his experience in the chair, but I can tell you that his saga has soured my enthusiasm for this place. He was initially told that the cavity fillings he needed were "covered 100%" by his insurance. He told me about the conversation shortly after it had happened, and prior to him getting the work done. We were both overjoyed! Cut to a couple months later, and disregard the 4+ visits he had to keep making to "just finish up this one last part" (again, his experience, not mine), and skip the fact that he can no longer chew on one side of his mouth because of the pain. He shows me a bill for close to $1500 worth of services that he had been completely blindsided by. When he asked about the "100% coverage" he was told that that was for silver fillings, and the office doesn't do silver fillings. They do porcelain only. Which is what they charged him for. Does anyone else see the problem here? My own situation was far less severe. I had less than $100 of work done (after insurance), but was still not notified of the charge in advance, only told that my insurance covered most of it. If I had gotten the $1500 bill, it would have been one star and concurrent negative reviews on Angie's List, Google Plus, and any other outlet that would hear my voice. I have no problem with a dentist getting paid for good work that they do. I also believe that patients have the responsibility to confirm their own coverage and not depend on a medical office to tell them what they will be paying. But I also believe that COMMON SENSE suggests that a dentist's office that fails to inform (at best) or misleads (at worst) a NEW patient, with NEW insurance, what kind of financial liability they are getting into, isn't really looking out for anyone but themselves. So now my boyfriend and I are both in varying levels of pain because of work done here, and neither of us will ever darken this doorstep again. Also: they don't validate parking. For a bunch of reasons I have decided to change dentists. I grew tired of waiting too long and having the receptionist mess up my appointments plus I became disappointed with my former dentist's lackluster professionalism. Ever since I got rid of my MD in Downey last year I was contemplating doing the same with my dentist. Now that I don't live in Downey anymore I have decided to look for a dentist West of DTLA. Right before the New Year a relative recommended me her dentist Bo Macdonald, DDS in West LA. My first appointment was a few days ago. The office is actually in a really cool part of town - only a few minutes away from "Little Tokyo West" - where I hung out for a while to check out Japanese stuff in a little store near a boba place. This is a plus. Now I have the excuse to try the ramen in this area! The office is very nice and welcoming and smells really nice as they had a scented candle. The dentist's room has a view of plants outside which is very relaxing and I noticed that one of the plates that covers the florescent lights above the dentist chair is made to look like clouds in the sky. There's a Marilyn Monroe poster to the side. Nice, cool and relaxing space really. Not lifeless and lackluster at all. The guy that came in to do my cleaning was actually as cool as the surroundings. He was very, very friendly and upbeat. So much so that you can see yourself returning with enthusiasm. You could honestly tell he enjoys his job. He first checked to see what condition my teeth and gums were in. When it was determined I needed a simple cleaning and not a deep cleaning I was relieved. He explained to me why I didn't need it too. To do this he made use of a sort of map of my teeth on a screen which showed where the trouble spots were and fortunately there were not many. The cleaning didn't take too long. After the cleaning x rays were taken so the dentist could give me a check up. The girl that took x rays was very, very friendly too and she had lots of personality. Dr. Macdonald is very professional and ethical. I could tell this by carefully listening to her plan of action for my teeth. I look forward to coming back and getting some of my dental issues resolved. The receptionist is also very, very nice and knowledgeable. She explained all I needed to know about the treatment plan very well and gave me useful tips on finding better insurance. The deal here on Yelp brought me in... I even called in to confirm the deal. I had a tooth that was giving me trouble and needed to be removed. The office is nice and everyone seems so nice but that did not stop them from adding extra charges while I was out of it with a migraine... They did confirm the charges with me and I agreed however I do not think that they deserve the rating that they have had as it was misleading to me... I felt taken advantage of.. They insisted on taking extra x rays and added on an emergency service fee even though I called in and asked how much it would cost with the discount to get a tooth removed as that was all I wanted.... The persona they portray as being so nice but really they are out to get as much money as they can... Unfortunately many dentist and doctors alike practice in this way and I understand as everyone wants to "get money". This is just my effort to make sure they truth is told... That was one of the most serene and satisfying dental visits I have ever had! I must admit, I've worked in the dental field, so it would be hard to pull anything unpleasant on me (and not get an earful). So I am quite happy with my visit yesterday. My teeth are SO white, I am a huge fan! But let me explain. When I was looking around for a dentist, a friend recommended Dr. MacDonald. The office is conveniently located on the first floor of a building on Sawtelle and Olympic (Which Wich or SushiStop after, anyone?). When you first walk in, the waiting room has the atmosphere of a spa, with soothing music, waterfalls, and bottled water. I was immediately greeted by the adorable Joan, who gave me my new patient paperwork and prepared a room for me. My hygienist was a young woman named Sheila, who was more open and knowledgeable than even some much older hygienists I have seen in the past. She was friendly, yet still professional. She may have done one of the most thorough jobs I have experienced so far. I felt completely comfortable in her hands and she checked on me frequently. After my cleaning, I was seen by Dr. MacDonald. She was so nice and gentle, and she very carefully and precisely pointed out the few flaws in my teeth (I have to admit that I've been blessed with good teeth genes). She was easy to talk to and seemed very realistic and sympathetic towards her patients' financial situations. I like professionals who are confident enough to NOT give the aggressive/hard sell. Anyway, no cavities, I should wear my retainer more, and I may want bonding in the future. But I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable, which was great. Last but not least, I decided to try their laser whitening. This was a system I was unfamiliar with, and it only took about 25 minutes (including prep and such)! Until yesterday, I had only ever tried take-home trays and strips. Dr. MacDonald's office uses one of the newest machines available, called Sinsational Smile. I'm a little obsessed with having really white teeth, so I was game to try something new. Wow! I mean, not like I started out with mustard yellow teeth, but the difference was definitely noticeable. I would especially recommend this to brides or anyone with a special event. I had no sensitivity either. I was so pleased with my results, I'm now paranoid about drinking Diet Coke/coffee/red wine for fear of staining them! In any case, Dr. MacDonald's office is a peaceful and professional environment for your dental needs. Even dental chickens should be put at ease by the sweet staff and lovely atmosphere. I went to Dr. Macdonald on recommendations from several co-workers. I have been going here for years. They always work me in, I never have to sit in a waiting room or dentists chair waiting forever to be seen. I am a dentists dream, my teeth always need work. I have had root canals, an implant and bondings. The work is always top notch. She also has an oral surgeon that comes in once or twice a week who is equally great. She also has a hygienist (Dean) that is hands down the best hygienist I have ever seen. I am also a dental chicken. She offers nitrous gas and meds if you want it. Having work done on my teeth was never so easy. I work close by, if I ever changed jobs I would have to make the drive just to go here. read more

So I was visiting my chiropractor next door, Dr. Mike and explained to him that I was looking for a new dentist. After the treatment Dr. Mike walked me over to Dr. MacDonald's and introduced me to Joann. Joann is the office manager at the front desk and nothing but smiles and giggles. She helped me with my insurance and went over my benefits with me. The office is clean and high tech. Dr. Macdonald was very nice and thorough. She did digital xrays of me and showed me the results while I sat in the dental chair. I always like the work she does and everyone effort to get me in as fast as possible and out. Dean (Mr. USC) is an artist when it comes to cleaning my teeth. He's very gentle and fast. Always has pearls of wisdon on ways to floss and keep my gums healthy. I truely appreciate Dean's good nature and upbeat personality. I wont hold that he is a USC fan against him being that I'm a UCLA gal. I've been with this office for awhile and as of this year I LOST my dental insurance. :(( I thought I was going to have to find a new office, but Joan has made my continued care here very reasonable. I appreciate this staff because they care and they know I'll get insurance again. The location is great and Dr. Bo even does Saturdays every-so-often which is what I like. The waiting room reminds me of a day spa and was nice. They take a new type of x-ray, that is painless and digital that you can see up on the flat screen in your chair, I thought that was so neat! I knew that I needed to get my old fillings replaced and I had a bit of pain on my left side. I was able to get the next to have that taken care of. Their huge smiles really make the place welcoming, forget about the treats and the music and the rest of the environment. This office IS the staff. 1st visit - cleaning and whitening treatment went beyond their closing hours, the staff stayed and hung out until I was done! Huge smiles and waves, they weren't even mad bro! Super impressed from the start. 2nd visit - after getting whitening treatment during 1st visit, I noticed that they could use a more robust selection of DVDs to play for their customers. I saw Dr. MacDonald again today, I have been her patient since 1996. She did my Veneers and I love them. She does beautiful work, almost every day someone compliments my teeth, no exaggeration! First set was done in 96' t hen I had them re done 10 years later. They were perfect each time. I go for general dentistry as well and cleanings from Dean, he is AWESOME! He's got the touch, you never feel him poking around at all! Joanne is super nice, always accommodating and sweet. Last night I suffered all night with ridiculous tooth pain. It was the most painful night next to the night I went into lanor, it was horrible.I finally made it to the morning without passing out and I called the emergency number. Dr. MacDonald called me back within the hour and by 10 am I was in her chair and she and Joanne were taking excellent care of me. ( they also called in a Rx for me to pick up on the way ) Not to mention it was the Dr's day off! She didn't charge me some crazy emergency fee either... I just can't say enough good things about the entire office. everyone is so wonderful! Thank you Dr MacDonald and everyone at Perfect Smile for taking such good care of me, especially during my painful time of need! Dr. Bo is very honest. That's her reputation in the industry and I can attest to that. She will tell you what she can do and can't, what her limits are (I needed a specialized route canal and she sent me out to a referral), and she is talented with her hands. She's been doing this a long time so she is seasoned at her skill and you can tell. I hate dental visits. I hate the sound of that drilling tool. I hate the smells and the fear of hearing bad news. But with Dr Bo, I don't hate it anymore. She has a faithful and friendly office manager, Joanne, who has been with her for over ten years, and cool assistants who remember you and even provide emotional support! Love love Love this office, and yeah I'm one of those hate to go to the dentist type. I'm turning 37 and my smile is important I'm constantly smiling and after years of casual smoking and drinking soda its began to show. I wanted to pull back some years and dip in the fountain of youth by merely updating my smile. Walked in the office, and off the bat felt at home, it looked like Michael Costello designed it himself. Very feminine but inviting, little waters, a kuerig and a few chocolate covered pastries put me at ease. The girl at the front desk greeted me and not only gorgeous but soooooo nice. I was nervous but the whole staff was just so gentle, the vibe was good throuout the office. Dr. Bo was actually almost a spitting image of her office, beatiful and inviting. Everything was state of the art and she gave me options including botox. I was able to bond and polish my teeth on the spot under an hour which was great. I am terrified of needles but her and Lucy (assistant) provided support and comfort through the process, didn't hurt at all. I've been in the market for a new dentist and decided to try out Dr. MacDonald since her office is right next door to my office building. I was very impressed with the receptionist's demeanor. She was bright and bubbly and helped put me at ease. The hygenists were very sweet and attentive. They got to know me as much as you can when you've got cleaning tools and x-ray instruments in your mouth. When I told her I was a smoker, she even offered to help me put together a plan for quitting smoking whenever I was ready. The appointment definitely took longer than I had expected but I didn't feel rushed. That really helped me with my stress level. When they measure the pockets in your gums, there's a monitor that gives you a visual representation of the areas you need to focus more on. I thought that was a really brilliant idea. It was also cool seeing your x-rays on that monitor (especially since I have a few facial piercings that showed up and made me giggle). I found out that I had a few cavities that needed filling and made an appointment. I explained how I am a college student and have a lot of financial difficulty since I'm supporting both me and my sick father. They worked with me to set up a plan to make the fillings more affordable. I highly recommend Dr. MacDonald and will be telling my friends about my wonderful experience here if they're in the market for a dentist. read more

When I first met Dr. Bo MacDonald nearly 14 years ago, I was in need of a considerable amount of dental work. Although most people don't care to visit the dentist, I have a particularly deep fear of getting into "the chair," and in this case, I was particularly nervous, nearly terrified by the thought. Thankfully, from the moment I first stepped into the office, greeted by Joan's beaming smile, I was quickly put at ease. The office is very high tech, with what seem to be the most advanced tools of the trade. However, it's the down to earth personal touch that exemplifies their work, and their deep caring for each patient's comfort and long-term dental health is second to none. Dr. Bo takes cosmetic dental work to the level of an art form, and Dean's dedication and talent as a dental hygienist are beyond measure - I've never known a person more committed to his craft. He genuinely cares about your dental health and will do anything to help you maintain a healthy mouth. I'm proud to say that I am regularly complimented on my smile, but I feel unjust in taking the credit. For if they only knew the truth about the complex dental issues I have faced, their reaction would be shock, followed by immediately calling Dr. Bo for treatment. Thank you Dr Bo, Dean, and Joan! I live almost 45 min away but it's worth it. The staff is always friendly and professional. Parking is easy and the prices are reasonable. After several not so pleasant experiences with local dentists, I made an appointment to see Dr. MacDonald after a friend recommended her. When I walked in, there was a Keuring coffee machine. I was sold already! I noticed there weren't any outdated magazines lying around that you would see at most medical offices probably because there isn't a wait to see the doctor. In fact, the doctor had to wait for ME because I had to finish my coffee. If you're going to drink a teeth staining drink, you might as well do it right before getting your teeth cleaned. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. The equipment looked to be very new and the chair was actually pretty comfortable. Dr. MacDonald was really sweet and walked through the details of my X-Rays and exam. There is a welcoming and warm aura about her. Dean the hygienist was really cool- he was funny and really educated me on each process and was quite encouraging during the roughest part of the cleaning. Never underestimate the power of cheerleading when you're getting your teeth drilled! I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. My teeth felt fantastic afterwards. Right afterwards, I had my teeth whitened. It only took 25 minutes and they even played a movie for me to watch. It went by quicker than I had expected. They gave me a goodie bag before I left- a full sized Listerine Whitening mouthwash, a full sized Crest 3D Advanced White toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss, a travel size Crest toothpaste, teeth whitening pen and a box of Sheer White whitening strips. That sure beats what I got from my last dentist after getting my teeth cleaned! Dr. MacDonald will definitely be my regular dentist from now on! read more

Last week I cracked a crown on one of my back teeth. Having just moved to LA from San Diego I needed to find a local dentist. My friend Tim Devine recommended Dr Macdonald highly, and effusively, and having been to her office yesterday, I now know why! Bo arranged to see me right away, and I was even able to get a cleaning same day! The staff (Jennifer, Stephanie, Leslie, Joan and Dean) were all very pleasant, and I even got to practice my Spanish with Leslie! Everyone is light hearted, warm, and just really very nice, and obviously are a good team who get along well. My first cleaning with Dean was a very thorough one, and when Bo was removing my old crown she made sure I was feeling ok with the procedure (I usually get really nervous and tense with major dental work). Leslie took her time fitting the temporary crown, and also made sure I was comfortable all the while. The rooms face onto a very well designed atrium area with many nice trees and palms, which also helped make the experience more relaxing. I could seriously go on and on, but I won't...Suffice it to say that from the front office to tooth cleaning and crown replacement, the experience was actually a positive one thanks to Bo and her staff. ! I've been with Dr Macdonald for 18 years. Her work is outstanding and always state of the art. Great atmosphere-very upbeat. You want private headphones? Blinders? Change of music? Comfort? Wow. I never thought I could be so happy to arrive at a dental office, but from arrival to exit, Bo MacDonald's practice felt more like a joyous experience in self improvement and health than a standard dental visit. The building is clean, well maintained, and nice looking. The office itself is warmly lit with nice music, painting, cookies and coffee, and a very very friendly staff. I was seen in less than 10 minutes of sitting down. My cleaning was deep, thorough, and with next to no discomfort. My whitening and fillings were fantastic.
