I was filling out paperwork and something told me this was not the place -- I'm sure it happens sometimes -- you don't know until you go then once you're there-- it's just not a fit. So I handed back the paperwork and let the office attendant know I had "changed my mind" and wouldn't be continuing with the appointment. They said nothing (that's ok- I wasn't looking to be convinced) but what I take issue with is they contacted ZocDoc (the app I used to find / book appt.) and reported me as a "no show." I suppose that was easier than explaining I was dissatisfied and left. But it's still untrue! And it also forced me to contact ZocDoc to correct the record and let them know about my actual experience. And now Yelp knows too! ** take note of "response"-- seems they Do remember that I was there. Not a "no-show" as they LIED to ZocDoc. I'm glad that's documented. Also I *had filled out the paperwork ahead of my visit. They just didn't have the right "capture" as they phrased it to get all my info. State-of-the-art facility. Don't take my word!! Take a look at google maps to see this location. I'm sorry if going to a dentist above a subway and next to payday checking facility is just NOT ideal for some people. It's not at a standard most people prefer, including myself. I can't recall the other stores because most were boarded up. I'd guess it has not been remodeled since the 1980s.

He was so welcoming and encouraging via messaging that i decided to be brave and make an appointment. The second i walked in, there is no "dentist" smell at all, and that is usually the first trigger for me. After being greeted by the staff and filling out paperwork i was walked back to the exam room. And thats when i started freaking out and having an emotional reaction. The staff where so great in not making me feel weird or that this shouldn't be happening the gracefully offered water and didi the xrays fast. After the xrays Dr. Nazarian came in and the flood gates opened. He let me take as much time as i needed and allowed me the time to explain why i have this anxiety. He has an amazing calming presence and made me feel comfortable. He explained to me whats going on and how much work in need and what my options where. He told me that its up to him to change how i view the dentist and that went a long way for me. He reassured me that dentistry has come a long way sine i have been in and that there are many more options now for people like me. I think it was geared to complete the cleaning as fast as possible. I am used to get a very good job with manual instrument cleaning. The drilling for dental cleaning is way too aggressive. Actually one tooth became quite painful the next day after and I had to take antibiotics to have it subsided in 3-4 days. The second cleaning. The facility asked me to pay extra for xrays after only 6 months. I am a doctor and most dentists do annual xrays, unless there is a problem. I declined. The doctor came in an was already frowning apparently for that reason. I also let him know that his drill cleaning caused me too much pain in one tooth and that I took antibiotics to make it go away. This time I requested a manual clean. He was superficially working on me, left without greeting after only 10minutes without any goodbye and handed me over for a 5minute polishing job by the dental assistant. Overall the dental cleaning job was the worst ever and even I can clean my teeth better than that office with brush, dental floss, candle sticks, waterpik and dental instrument. Apparently they make good money. The office has beautiful design, especially the flooring. Prices are definitely not worth it. i won't be back.

To be honest, I was so nervous and afraid of a dentist my whole life, but Jacob surprised me. He is not only a great professional, but he is also an easygoing person, has a great sense of humor, so it helps you feel more confident and relax in his chair. When I came, he carefully listened my complains, when first examined my mouth and after took a picture of my mouth. It turned out that I had a plot of problems with cavity in my mouth. He explained me very well about all possible variants that I could have and, (I was surprised!); he had never been pushy about my treatment exactly in his cabinet. He just gave me options. Anyway I decided to fill all of my tooth in this place. I was not disappointed. I spent about three days in his office, and he was able to cure all my problems. He told me that it could sometimes hurt during the treatment, but it didn't. He gave me an injection and after I felt nothing. Most of the business in this building don't have very obvious signage, so it's easier to go by the suite number (#240) to find it. Almost every door looks the same! The dentistry itself is bright, super clean, and the equipment looks just like new. Everyone who helped me during my first visit was so polite and genuinely nice. The great customer service even extended to the weeks before my visit, when they helped me verify my insurance and pick a suitable appointment date/time. My x-ray, checkup, and cleaning went very well. Dr. Tran was very kind, explained everything to me clearly, and didn't push any treatments on me. The dental hygienists were also very caring and polite and gentle! Considering I've had really bad experiences elsewhere with rough treatment and seriously uncomfortable upselling, I can't recommend this place enough!

A day or two later I got called and was told they dont in fact take carecredit. Atleast not the one I applied for. Apparently they accept carecredit Mastercard and I applied for the basic card. I did not know there were two cards. I did not know they accepted only the Mastercard version. You would think they would have some kind of sign for what is accepted. I got plenty of apologies but had to cough up 800+ out of pocket. Everyone claimed they also did not know the difference in the cards but thats truly hard to believe. Moving on lesson learned.
