They were able to schedule a next-day, emergent load-out for me, provided me a realistic price-estimate for my belongings, and a written confirmation of the appointment (had a 16-ft PODS container parked outside of my new apartment). Michael gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival (their arrival was right on time). I was very impressed and a bit surprised at the speed of their service. I hired three guys to carry 1200 square feet worth of heavy, wood furniture, boxes and kitchen appliances up three flights of stairs. I was in the military for 10 years and conducted many moves; I've never had a move that took less than five hours to complete. These guys did it in under four. Do I recommend Little Guys? ABSOLUTELY. Thank you to Peyton for providing me peace of mind on that Saturday when he answered the phone; and a big thank you to Michael, Johnny, and Nick for their expeditious and friendly service!

They also have a local musician playing during lunch as well and if the mood hits you can grab your partner and do a little boot scootin.... to burn lunch off. Worst "Texas BBQ" I have ever had, even compared to other event centers. Staff came through while the kids were doing awards and took plates, even though some of them had barely started eating. I was greeted in a very friendly tone by every person I encountered. Terry helped me to the guitars and spent some good quality time explaining their selection. This place and especially Terry was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond and I could have not asked for a better experience. I left there after spending about $1400 on a guitar...but felt better about who I bought it from than what I bought. I will never again make the mistake of going into the chain competitor...with all the juvenile wanna be guitar gods acting like I'm a bother. These guys at Tarpley's will make you feel at home.
