After opening the case, the customer service BLAMED me, asking that it is my responsibility to check IF THEY DID NOT MESS UP WITH SHIPPING, WITH THEIR ONLY JOB. So in the end they refuse me to return the tier and blamed me that it was my fault that they send a wrong tier )) It is the worst experience I have ever had with customer support of anything.

Delivery to Spain took around 2.5 days excluding Saturday and Sunday. Not 48 hours they promise but still pretty fast. Probably the best shop to order tires online in Europe. They dropped the car off right on…read moretime, had a location tracker on the car as it got close and made my departure from downtown Paris easy. Drop off was easy too. I hadn't planned properly for traffic and was able to shift my arrival time back online and they picked up the car in another downtown Paris spot (be sure to do so far enough ahead of time, I did it 2 hrs before per their instructions). No conventional rental car process, happy customer!
