These guys are INCREDIBLE!!…read more My stop and waste valve failed right up next to my home, and I had water in several rooms in my basement (family room, and a bedroom). I contacted the insurance company, and I was expecting to have to replace walls and carpet. They put me in touch with Utah Flood Guys, and told me that they would be able to handle the water, and just to let UFG do their thing. They knocked it out of the park!!! They arrived right on time, and were super calm and collected while I was peppering them with a whole bunch of questions and opinions. I was concerned that just a few fans would not do the job, and id be worrying about a musty smell and possibly left over water. They understood my concerns and took the time to explain the process, to put me at ease. Their equipment was quite impressive, and it was very clear early on that these guys weren't just placing fans. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they were coordinated, clean, and quiet. I can't stress enough, the piece of mind I felt while watching them work. It was super reassuring. They saved me thousands of dollars of repairs, and increased insurance claims. It has been a few months, and I can tell you that there has never even been a whiff of a moldy and musty smell. They left me with a bone-dry basement, and that is all I could to for. They just nailed it! Utah flood guys did a great job, and I want anybody in the same situation to hopefully see my experience, and know to call these guys, because they will take good care of you. I posted the same review on Google, but as a Mac user, I wanted to leave one here as well.

(They forgot to clean a return vent when they first came. I replace my furnace filter monthly and it was dirty a few times in a row, then upon doing some investigating i looked at the return vent and it was not cleaned. I called and spoke to the owner, HE GAVE ME NO EXCUSES OR EXPLANATION, SAID "LETS GET THAT TAKEN CARE OF", AND LUCKILY HAD A TIME THE NEXT DAY THAT WORKED FOR HIM TO COME OUT AND FINISH THE JOB. -The only two reasons they did not get a 5 star was forgetting the return vent in the first place. However, as i explained they were Amazing on warrantying their work, admitting the mistake, and fast to respond with a fix. -The second reason is that when they installed some vent covers they didn't install the screws nicely, i know sometimes its hard to get them to stick properly especially in older homes, but at that point you put some calk in the hole let it sit a while or while you are cleaning the vent and then the screw will hold fast. Also, they didn't put some of the covers in the way they came out, sounds like nothing but the hot air vent ended up blowing in my face all the next night instead of at my feet. I flipped the vents back to original positioning and all was fine. -Just a few little things i didn't like, but i would entirely recommend them to any friends and family. Also, the immediate response and acceptance of responsibility for forgetting a vent was much appreciated. If it were possibly i would give them a 4.5 out of 5, and i will definitely be using them 4-5 years down the line when i need my vents cleaned again.
