Colorado Premier Restoration (CPR) was referred to us by our insurance company, American Family. We had extensive laminate wood floor damage and a collapsed drywall ceiling after our GE dishwasher solenoid valve failed and water leaked all night. After Service Master dried out everything, we met with Aaron Maley and Justin Bond of CPR. It was the start of a 2-month, very satisfactory experience with this company while our home was repaired. They call on many skilled workers to do excellent work, such as drywall repair, painting, heavy furniture move out and move back work, scribe installation, baseboard repair, and replacing over 900 sq-ft of flooring. We worked closely with them on the budget allowance from the insurance claim and Aaron and Justin were happy to allow us to do some of the packing of breakables, saving a bit to apply to other expenses such as the flooring. DO NOT USE! Hardwood floors a complete disaster, work totally shoddy! *floors completely are not level to subfloor, squish down to subfloor, loud and noisy when you walk on them. *micro nails totally noticeable where they did decide to nail in floor. *major gaps from floor to toe kicks that lead up to stairs. After waiting for a final walk thru, the owner Chris finally came out to inspect after 6 months of work completed. He immediately AGREED that the work was crap, he also ADMITTED his project manager Phil should have come with us to pick out the floor. Since this was the first time we've had hardwood floors installed, we trusted that the project manager would have suggested the best flooring. He then suggested that we should live with it the way it is and just replace it ourselves in 10 years so that we didn't have to deal with the hassle of having the kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops ripped out again to replace the floor. He also said that he would give us half the cost of the flooring if we went this route. Basically, he didn't want to have to pay for the work to be done the right way, even though he said his work is GUARANTEED for 1 year!!!! This was four months ago. We finally just heard from him and he is now willing to give us a big $500 for it and call it a day!!! read more

I was getting ready for my house warming/Christmas party yesterday and 1.5hours before my party started, my garbage disposal went out and was leaking all underneath my sink and leaked into my basement in 2 areas. CHRIS WESTON was a HUGE help. He got someone to come to my house in under 1 hour to look at it. Weston took care of everything and my disposal got fixed early afternoon the next day. His employees were a delight to talk to and were very personable. Plus, they do great work. I was in a panic. I didn't know who to call because I am a new home owner, and Weston took care of everything for me. I will be using this company ANYTIME something goes wrong with my home. After a water leak was discovered, I was referred to Chris at CPR, Inc. by my Condo's (Woodside Village in Denver) HOA. Chris made a poor attempt to contact my tenant to arrange access, asked me for photos to provide a quote (which didn't show much, since it is a water leak), and then said he didn't want to provide the quote. It took him over a month to tell me he wasn't going to bid on the project. Poor communication and no attempt to contact the client is the reason I give this company one star. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Chris and his crew damaged furniture items of mine; Chris even took photos of the damages his crew did on his phone, and when it came time to replace the items they damaged, they lied. They tried to say they didnt damage the items and they refused to pay to replace them. I also caught Chris's crew speaking negatively about me, which was both unprofessional and rude. I called and spoke to the office manager, Cassie, about it and she said i would have to wait for a call from Chris regarding my damaged property because she didnt know anything about it. I have yet to hear from Chris, he will only speak to my apartment complex manager. I am guessing its because he is a coward and knows he is a liar. Its unfortunate it went this route. I will never recommend this company and I suggest to everyone that they do themselves a favor and find another company to do business with. read more

CPR is a vendor I have worked with at several residential apartment communities. Alex and Chris are extremely responsive and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of in addition to providing fair and competitive bid pricing. If there is ever a problem, it is handled quickly and professionally. Most recently, they handled a garage restoration project which had some unexpected turns. Not only did they think outside the box to find a resolution but they worked with all parties involved as well as the insurance company to meet the our needs. Pete is the project manager assigned to the job and he has been a pleasure to work with. He is constantly providing thorough updates regarding schedule, unanticipated delays, advanced notice for the other vendors needed to complete the project and leaving the site clean at the end of each work day. It is nice to have a vendor that reaches out to me first and doesn't require babysitting. With the amount of work available these days it is challenging to find dependable vendors but CPR has proved time and time again are the best at what they do! read more
