I spent 2 hours sitting with a "Vice President" at the Huntley bank trying to get the issue resolved. I've spent 4 hours on the phone in three different phone calls and been transferred 15 times in total. (In fairness, the Chase VP got transferred 7 times when he called trying to help.) I've spent 6 hours online. All I've gotten are empty promises. I'm still waiting for a "fraud kit" they are supposed to mail in 3 weeks...The third time it's been promised.
