He isn't busy and he dosent want to do this for me? Okay, he does me this one favor but not in the future. This interaction took 10 minutes. I give this location a, "F." After we felt everything had cleared and went to close it, they wouldn't reverse the service charges. They should have never charged the fees from the beginning.
