I sat for a bit, then another assistant came in & said she was just "the messenger" & that I could go. I get a call after 5 that day & said I would need to go back in the next day, because they forgot to get me to sign during my insurane paperwork. I went in the next day, & I told Jocelyn I was there to sign insurance paper. I then told her my Rx I asked to be refilled the day of my appointment was not filled. I wrote my name, Rx, & pharmacy on a slip of paper & tried to hand it to Jocelyn, but she said, "I'll tell her nurse." Did she? NO! She seemed to be uninterested in helping me.

This is more of a warning for anyone that might want to buy something for someone before they might actually need it. You can't even exchange unused items after 60 days. This issue is also not specific to this JCPenney location. It just happens to be the location that I purchased my items from. I bought my grandson some Thereabout jeans during a sale right before school started. Unfortunately, he outgrew them before he had a chance to wear them. If you live in Texas then you know that we're still pretty much having summer even though it's almost November. So it's just starting to get cool enough for jeans. Anyway, I went to JCPenney to see if I could exchange them for a bigger size and was told that unfortunately after 60 days, they won't even exchange them, give you store credit, nothing. You're just stuck with your purchase. I have never been a regular JCPenney shopper (I wasn't pleased with the quality of my purchases in the past). If I ever do happen to shop there again, I will definitely not be buying anything that won't be worn or used immediately. I think I'll just stick to TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Even Ross will give you a store credit for the current price of the item and you have a year warranty on Cat and Jack brand at Target (i'm exchanging another pair of jeans for the very same reason. Thank goodness it hasn't been a year, yet.) I guess I'll be donating these jeans to someone else since my grandson cannot wear them and I'm stuck with them. I also won't feel any pity when JCPenney's announces more store closings.

A Big Back pulls up behind me with a cart that has groceries falling out. She decides that there are now two lines and that she does not have to wait. The worn out tired cashier does nothing. I still make it to the next available register before Big Back does. Big Back gets upset and presses a button to get the cashier over. The cashier decides to cancel my 1 item order for Big Back. Big Back proceeds to call me a Bitch. So I knocked Big Backs groceries over because the workers at this point decided that my 1 item wasnt worthy of Big Back waiting in line.
