She started off with trimming and then went to threading. I tried to trust the process but now one of my eyebrows is way thinner and a different shape. My biggest issue is I was severely cut during the threading process. I didn't see it when I got done but as soon as I saw it in my car mirror I went back to the shop and one of the other ladies offered to put Aloe Vera on it which burn. She told me they would put in the system that I don't want Samma doing my eyebrows. After trying out 3 different estheticians (4 if you count the one who cancelled on me the morning of), I have finally settled on Kristin. I gave everyone a fair go but Kristin's quality of service was the best of them all. She takes her time with waxing to make sure that ALL of the hair is gone. I also feel like my hair doesn't grow back as fast when she waxes me?! She even gave me some advice on aftercare - something nobody has ever given me before in all the years I've gotten Brazilians! Because of Kristin, I now know how and why I should exfoliate down there. I also decided to get lash extensions done by her for a vacation I went on and they were soooo beautiful. Best extensions I've ever gotten. If they weren't so expensive for me (not Kristin's fault- just the nature of the lash extension life! In fact, I'd say her pricing is super fair for all of her services), I would go to her exclusively and get them all the time. She is truly a master of her craft! If you're looking to get taken care of, give Kristin a shot. She's wonderful!
