I just came from getting a pedicure and it was 10/10!! Came in around 10 & they greeted me kindly & got me in right away as a walk-in. Anthony took care of me & he was awesome! I personally don't love the small talk so I appreciated him being kind & not ask me questions that didn't pertain to my pedicure. Got the massage chair remote out for me & asked throughout the pedicure if the water was warm enough & adjusted it to my liking. Had no problem doing that. He was neat & perfected my pedicure & took his time, didn't rush. He even put my sandals on for me which I though was so kind of him! I have always gone to Glitzy Nails in diberville but I will come to Blush Nail Spa moving forward! There's was no gossiping either which I appreciated! Everything was clean & organized. Very racist. Every time I've come here and I've asked for what I'm paying them for, they get an attitude and start talking in their language. I put in translation. Today specifically, I came in wanting a pedi and overlay removal. I signed in at 430p. I came there specifically for a massage. My toes didn't need a pedi get. The polish was intact and chips of polish or broken nails. The chair I was put in the massager didn't work properly, I asked her nicely to clean my cuticles and shape square. She said something smart. She continued drilling until she drilled a hole in my nail. I will attach a picture. As I was finishing the pedi at 540p...Anthony says, it's going to be a while before you can get the nails removed. I stated I've been here for over an hour, I could've had the acetone in my lap as I was getting the pedi...and there were 8 ppl that signed in after me and 4 ppl were waiting in the front...I saw exactly what was going on...they don't like when you ask for specifics. This lady put 6 coats of gel polish in my toenails and barely let it dry each coat!!! Sally was the only halfway decent individual. The manager DO NOT GO THERE if you are particular. They have jealous spirits on them!! Also she told me to file my nails myself because I kept asking her to file the crooked nails and then when I got the nail file from her she snatched it back from me and I asked her not to snatch anything from me. The good: my nails look good and hey, that's what I went for. The price was reasonable as compared to what I pay at home - not sure as to local. The not so good : not the friendliest salon ever. I mean, I'm not known there so didn't expect any chat, but the entire salon was very quiet. And the manicure was reasonable, but it was pretty basic. No hand massage, barely drops of cuticle oil. No neck wrap or beverage offer. The poor: And my nails do look good - but I didn't get what I wanted - which was nail art. Guy told me he didn't do art, a lady would have to do it in between their customers . Oh, ok. I decided to save myself some wait time and just get a ring finger offset color, which he could do. Horrible customer service!!! After being treated like shit and having to do some of the work myself, the nail tech had the audacity to charge me $70 for a full set with art. She threw the nail tool at me and said "Here! You do it yourself!!" I simply asked the nail tech to add a straight row of rhinestones to my thumb and ring fingers and not to have excess glue (because the same nail tech did my art before and she left globs of glue everywhere). I simply wanted a straight line of evenly spaced rhinestones down the middle of my nail.. She was having trouble getting the rhinestones straight and evenly spaced and then when I was very calmly explaining to her and reiterating that I just want them straight and evenly spaced, she snapped, threw the tool at me and yelled at me in front of everyone in the salon - "Here! You do it yourself!!" Although I was upset, angry, insulted and embarrassed, I proceeded to space out the rhinestones in a straight row on one finger so that she could see what I was trying to explain to her. She then proceeded to place the rest of the rhinestones crookedly, unevenly spaced, and left excess glue. I believe her name was Sammy. Do not use her as a nail tech - she has horrible customer service skills and severe incompetency in doing basic nail art. Her chair is the 1st one on the right. I stopped in this nail place around 11am on a Wednesday before visiting the outlet mall in Gulfport. It was nice, open and clean. The staff was very courteous and got me in immediately for the "Blush Manicure" $43. They accept walk-ins but I'm sure they're super busy on the weekends when an appointment is probably recommended. Parking is conveniently in front and on the sides of the building. My only pick is that the polish choices are not out front but on nail boards so you can't see the colors in the actual bottles or pick your favorite brand. The decor is modern and is well placed- whites and golds. I would definitely come back. read more

Such a great experience here!!! My new go to nail salon. I am VERY hard on my nails and have always struggled with keeping  even dip and gel looking good past just a couple days. Kathy is aways great and hearing what I want and helping me achieve that. She explained how dip works and She took her time and made sure everything was absolutely perfect They have a huge selection of colors to choose from as well. Nice clean space. Highly recommend if you're looking for an amazing manicure and pedicure for a fair price!! Just moved to the area, looking for a salon to call home. This salon isn't it. I have been getting SNS Dip nails for forever and a day. I know my nails and how much I use my hands. While doing my nails, I asked the technician to dip three times. She gave me some long drawn out excuse as to why she wasn't. Once she finished, my nails were super thin, I just knew I would be returning soon for a fix. What do you know, literally returned for a fix the very next day. Five out my ten fingers had either chipped polished or chipped broken nails. Worse experience ever! The entire time, no conversation, attitude and handled my hands with no care at all! Hit or miss on quality- some are really good and others NOT- sometimes they're friendly and other times they don't speak and rush services-

For starters the service was horrible. The employees we're not friendly or attentive, and they didn't offer those little things that make a pedicure experience really enjoyable, such as offering something to drink, adjusting your seat to your height, turning on the massage chair, making sure your water is at a comfortable temperature, etc. The pedicure itself was complete crap. My feet soaked in the scolding hot water for about three minutes before she came and clipped my toenails, filed them for about six seconds, rubbed some mediocre whatever on my legs, rinsed and was done. I actually had to ask her to clip my toenails again when I realized she had already clipped them because they were still so long. And a massage was not even in the equation, which I don't know about you guys but that's my fav part of a pedi ‍ (my daughters nail tech couldn't even be bothered to help her put her sandals on after she painted her toes.) The products they use are poor quality, normally I can smell everything being used on me and my legs tingle when they put the green stuff on, nope, it was like blah blah blah done. And I can see right through the nail polish on my toes right now, so after paying $64 plus $12 tip for two "SPA" pedicures that weren't enjoyable and that I'll have to repaint when I get home, obviously we will not be returning. read more

I was greeted and taken care of right away even while the salon was busy. T did my eyebrows and they looked great! I decided to schedule a pedicure based on the quick service and positive attitudes that were present. On my return, my pedi was fantastic! I will be going back. T was amazing! Thank you! For the bad reviews on here coming from someone who worked 20+ years in customer service, sham on you all for not speaking up at the time you were upset, you never know what someone else's battles are that day and you should have spoken up if you were unhappy not coward behind your computer or smart phone to add a bad review. Please make sure you confirm that price before the service. I ended up paying $75 for short round solar nail overlay, no nails added. I asked for a receipt and they added $20 and in fees. I asked why and I was told at first it's was because my nails were round and then she said it was because she had to pop off my old set. My old set was literally falling of after she filed them down. Not to mention I had to wait one hour after my scheduled appointment time and I wasn't compensated for that. Please be careful, don't be shy, settle the price up front. RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! I asked for a very simple nail design with French tips and one line under them. I was told they were unable to do this. When I asked for just regular French tips and then specified that I wanted a regular full set acrylic nails, the nail tech rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to slam things around. My nails are crooked and look so sloppy. Worst French tips I have ever gotten. At checkout, I was charged $110. I looked down and noticed my big toe was messed up from the pedicure, I asked them to fix my single big toe (with literally just regular nail polish) I sat in the chair for over 45 minutes and the entire staff ignored me and laughed the whole time. I walked in to Blush late on Saturday. I knew I would be taking a chance to get in as it was so late in the day. A young lady asked me if I needed help and I said I wanted a pedicure. She let me know it was too late in the day but I could come back on Sunday. I asked if I needed a reservation , I was told no. I could walk in. I arrived Sunday at 11:05 am and was greeted and I said I would like a pedicure. A young lady told me they were too busy and it would be thirty minutes. There were two manicures and one pedicure in process. I wasn't offered to sit and soak, to say I would be next or anything. This young girl who resembled the person I talked to on Saturday, just said Sorry. I explained to her I was told I thought by her that I could come back without an appointment on Sunday am. No, thank you. I came in when the place openEd up. There was no line, only the persons already seated. After me came about four people so we waited. One young girl jumped the line and me and an elderly got seated next to each othey. They both go taken care of while I waited for another 30 minute. Once the other lady was done with another customer, instead of taking care of me, she went and took care of someone who had just walked in. No explanation given. I was so mad I just left. I guess unless you are well know there, they don't care about other customers. I am not going back. Overly priced places are many out there. I will give a different business a chance. read more

This place looks so nice. I've been here several times, and don't remember ever being disappointed. However I was very disappointed today. All I wanted was a dip manicure. The nail tech drilled my nails all the way down. I hadn't had any nails in a while. She then started to fit acrylics. I'm like I don't want fake nails. Idk what the misunderstanding was. The nails looked horrible. They were all different colors. Like pink and coral. So she said she could do another layer to make it look all one color like it was supposed to be. They looked like crap. SUPER thick. Not smooth at all. They had fuzz and black dots all on them. I also had lots of nail polish on my hands. So, I was just like I need to get these off. I mean they do not look good. They wanted to get the same nail tech to redo them, but first of all she was already mad and had a bad attitude, and she obviously didn't care that they looked like crap. So, I had them take them off and left with paper then nails that look like shit. So, they told me they don't do refunds. First time visiting this salon and although the salon is cute, the nail tech was very rude to another customer in the store. Sally, the nail tech, continuously changed her mind about the price of gel nail colors when the customer inquired. When doing my nails Sally painted over my nail immediately after filing and refilling my gel refill. No washing of my hands prior to painting them. I mentioned it to her and she said I could wash them after they dried. I knew this was incorrect because no other salon have done this before. So she's painting my nails over all the dust that was left on my nails after filing them. I was shocked and Sally didn't seem to give a damn. Paid my bill and left. Never again! Sally needs to go! Prices in Gulfport are much higher than salons in Biloxi. $9.00 more for fills. Stay away! read more

I had THE worst experience at this place today. I walked in requesting a natural nail manicure and pedicure on Tuesday, 4/30 but it was 6:18pm so I understood they were ready to go home. I informed them that I would return on Wednesday, 5/1. I went in to work early that morning for 7:30am just so I could get off early at 5:30pm to make it to their shop by 5:40pm. I even called that morning. I get there and the pedicure technician is almost done with another lady's feet. Five minutes later, another client walked in to the shop stating she wanted a pedicure as well. The nail tech asked her if she had a formal appointment, the customer said "NO". The pedicure tech still told her to go to the chair ahead of me. As this was happening another customer walks in requesting a full set. The nail tech quickly told her to come back the next day. I definitely DO NOT recommend you to patronize this establishment ESPECIALLY if you are needing work done that day and in a timely manner! Not only that, the nail tech pinched the women's cuticle with the mechanical file and the lady loudly yelled "Ouch". So...you treating people like that and hurting them? read more
