There is plenty of space in the shop for people to browse, try the shoes on and also walk around to check the comfort of the shoes. I think this is a lot better than some shoe stores where you barely have room to browse, let alone comfortably try on a pair. Always seems clean, although the smell of plastic in the shoes can sometimes be a little overpowering. The staff i've been served by have always been polite and fairly quick at serving, and i've never really noticed large queues even when shopping on a saturday.

The staff there are helpful and polite and are always at hand . Wynsors have there own big carpark and its can get busy the ques are never big as the staff are quick servers . The only problem is i think icould do with moving near to the other shops to gain more business and to make it alot easier for those who are shopping in hanley.

So we went into Robin Elt shoes as my Fiancé said that Ecco boots were good and they had a sign for them here. Were were so glad we went in, the shop isn't big but has quality foot ware. On entering a shop assistant in a suit ( yes a suit ) came across and basically helped us try on some walking boots. He was straight out of the good old days. Incredibly well mannered, knowledgeable and really nice to us. Needless to say as the boots were great we immediately brought them. Its been a long time since I have had such a nice experience in a shop and will probably go back there next time, even though its in a another country! If only all customer service was like this.

It is a traditional shoe shop of the kind that sadly, has largely disappeared from the High Street. It had a broad range of quality shoes, including classic brogues and welted leather sole construction(highest quality) footwear. Noticeable were the helpful friendly staff. The quality of the products on display in Robin Elt were in such great contrast to the shoddily-made plastic items I see in many other' shoe shops' that 'I purchased a pair of 'Barkers' Northamptonshire-made gent's shoes. and at a fraction of the price that I would have had to pay at most other 'quality' outlets that sell Barkers/Loakes/ TecNic'/ Grenson footwear. They even had shoes in 'half' sizes - a rare thing today. In terms of the 'ease of purchase' (friendly knowledgeable shop staff who were not 'pushy' or overbearing) , the 'ambience' (the shop is traditional, no gimmicks), and excellence of the product sold: I give 'Robin Elt a 'five star' rating. I purchased 1 pair of shoes and fell in love with another which unfortunately was not in my size but this was not a problem and even though i was only on holiday for one week they still managed to get them for me, that's what i call excellent service. Broughton Shoe Warehouse always has lots of nice designs that fit the bill! Their shoes are modern, well made, extremely comfortable (most with cushioned soles) and, best of all, they are very cheap! You can usually pick up a pair for around £20-£30 and they'll last you for ages! As it's located on a retail park it's handy for parking outside too, which is a bonus!
