Searching for a family home in 2007 John Harrison found that many of the homes he walked through were incorrectly advertised. It was obvious that buyers were being given false information regarding the home they would potentially purchase. John Harrison knew there had to be someone working for the buyer. Utilizing over 15 years in the construction industry, John started Harrison Home Inspection in 2008. Our company has evolved since that time our goal remains the same. To support Buyers and Sellers in the Real Estate transactions. Services to enhance this process were added and it quickly became apparent that we were more that just an Home Inspection Company. Re-Designed in 2013 to Bluffs Inspection Service. Today we support Residential and Commercial sales, Lenders, Insurance, and Property Preservations. Meet the Business Owner: John H.

John Harrison is a Certified Master Inspector In Iowa He attended Hamilton College and Bellevue University earning an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management John has worked in various fields of construction from roofing to underground utilities and what lies in-between. Previous projects include Cargil, Dow Chemical, Tyson Meats In corporate setting John managed a 12 million dollar Electrocoat Paint system at Palfinger, for 4 years before turning back to the construction field as a property inspector in 2008. Completing over 3000 inspections Focusing more efforts toward community work and involvement John has taken an active interest in our current political realm, and serves on the board of directors for the United Credit Union. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and watching his grandchildren, nieces and nephews grow and play.
