I came back a time before where I did set an appointment and the "owner" wasn't even there instead some guy told me he was just there to watch the place.. Lots of facial expressions as you're trying to direct your vehicle into the bay but who cares. I went with the wash and wheels package and it was definitely not worth the extra money. My truck was really dirty but the wheels actually look worse than they did before I ran it through. Not sure if the fault is on the guy that sprays stuff on your window which btw what's up with that like can't the automatic machine do it? At the blue wave in San Antonio the guy actually scrubs the bugs off before you drive through but here the guy couldn't be bothered I guess. Two thumbs down. I like the idea of the blue wave car washes but this one needs better management.
