    Bought an almost $3,000 couch. That experience was great giving them the money. The issue came when…read morethe couch was delivered. It had a tear and was the wrong size. (Sectional that was the wrong layout). Still not the issue because I understand that things happen. The issue came when I spoke the Chris and he had no solution for my problem. He said he couldn't make a decision and had to wait on Harry, which still understandable. This is where the issue comes in 15 mins goes by nothing. I call Chris and he has no ETA and wants to me to decide how he can fix the problem. I'm sorry but I do not work for your Kammer, but since I was asked I said 50% off and I will keep the couch. That wasn't good for Chris but yet again Chris offered no resolution. So I sent the couch back and just asked for a full refund. I also believe that if they are willing to treat paying customers this way then my thinking is they treat the people they pay worse. I can only assume that these delivery drivers will be blamed for all of this. Would not recommend not because of bad product but the lack of care they have for customers when an issue arises.

    Every month I pay my bill and every single month they are calling me saying I didn't make a…read morepayment. My husband has an account in his name also and every month they apply 2 payments to one of our accounts and that makes the other account delinquent. I have had to send screenshots of my payments from my bank account. They even showed up at my door to take my washer and dryer while I had company of all times. I asked that both accounts be taken off of autopay for the above reasons 3 months ago but that just got corrected last week....by poor Kenny. I am currently paid thru September on my account while my husband's account is 2 months past due. The "manager" Greg will not call me to try and fix the issue but he has poor Kenny to deal with me which isn't easy in itself. I don't tolerate incompetence well. Personally I think Kenny would be a great manager for the Bluefield Virginia store. This has happened every single month since we started these accounts. We have been customers with Aarons since 2012 and have bought many many things from them but it was the Princeton store and never had issues. And don't get me started on the payment amounts? How does a set monthly rate change every time? It's literally never the same amount. No one can explain that to me. If Greg, the store MANAGER would try to explain things to me then maybe I wouldn't be so pissed off but he has yet to make ANY effort or made 1 single phone call to us. Like I said, poor Kenny would make a great manager. Maybe Greg could be the delivery boy????
