The staff here at Blues Crossing are really special people. They are friendly and extremely approachable. Jason and Mariann get back to me promptly about any concerns I have and Shane from maintenance does his very best to make sure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. I can't remember everyone's names on the team here but I haven't had a bad experience yet. I love taking my dog for walks around the grounds and stopping by the office to visit Mariann & Jason, who keep doggie treats on hand. I am so glad I was able to make Blues Crossing my home & hope to remain here for many years. Since I am leaving a review during a time when COVID-19 is a particularly dangerous issue in our community, I want to mention how the staff here has made it their top priority to ensure residents are aware of safety precautions being taken to limit the spread of the virus. They have politely acknowledged difficulties in being able to address some less pressing maintenance issues at this time due to social distancing safety measures but remain receptive & dedicated to completing all maintenance requests ASAP. It is reassuring to know the priority is safety first so I don't have to worry about being put at risk unnecessarily! With many businesses and suppliers closed or operating at limited capacity it should be no surprise maintenance jobs may take a little longer to complete. The staff have been reasonable and kind in how they have handled their activities, even setting up a virtual community movie night, complete with snacks (packed with sterile, gloved hands & delivered to your door) and camaraderie. It means so very much right now to be reminded that we live in a caring community & staff is helping us through such a difficult time. read more

As a recently retired MCS teacher, I decided to relocate to be near family. This meant leaving Blue's Crossing. I have lived here for 2 years, and believe me, this is the nicest place for a single person to reside. Jason Hilyard, the manager, runs a wonderful complex for his residents. If, at any time, you need to contact him it's as simple as a phone call. During working hours they do their best to call you, or better yet, one of the maintenance men will show up to take care of your request. Shane and Ricky, the maintenance men, are the best ever! They're very friendly and do the most professional work. I will definitely miss living at Blue's Crossing. Jason has made my renting experience there a lovely memorable experience. read more

Blue's Crossing is a great place to live in Aberdeen, NC. I have lived there for many years and I love my apartment. I love living here because it's beautiful and convenient and the people are so nice. The grounds always look so good with no trash. When there is ever a maintenance issue, they are so courteous and helpful. They explain everything to me so I know what's going on. They usually respond within hours to any issues I have. I feel secure here and never seem to have to worry about anything. read more

I noticed some small water damage on one of my outside walls so I contacted the leasing office. They sent maintenance to work on it the very next day. The maintenance people worked with my schedule and worked extremely quickly and efficiently. The repairs were done within a week. Out of the few places I've stayed this place has definitely been the nicest and most efficient. read more

My mom living here for 3 years and absolutely loved it it until she was able to purchase her own home. The manager Jason always took really good care of her and Shane and maintenance crew were always super nice and took care of any issues she had. It put me at ease with knowing she lived there alone. Have lived here for quite a number of years and it's been great. I lived in a one bedroom for a while, and then transferred to a two bedroom. Jason takes care of his residents and maintenance will help you if you have extra stuff that needs to be taken care of. Jason makes blues crossing what it is. The place is well kept like a country club, if something needs attention they are on it and they make sure the complex is safe, clean and well kept. Love living here! Great staff. Had an expensive item delivered a few hours earlier than expected and the apartment manager went out of his way to secure the item for me.
