Lady in the hallmark store follows you around making it impossible to shop. I've actually put all my items back and went to another hallmark as I was beyond irritated. She and the cashier and owner were standing there having a random conversation about how to make coconut milk ice cream that went on for at least 10 minutes. I had one item I was going to purchase, and after 10 minutes I finally just gave up and left. The service is soooo terrible. I have seen 500$ deliveries at Loblaws go through the checkout significantly faster than this. There is no excuse for that slow of service, and I will not return next time I am in the North Bay area. Also, you can get half the items in there at Winners/Homesense for half the price.

In this boutique you will find some of the nicest second-hand goods that are clean, maintained and reasonably priced. There is a large selection of name-brand items with ridiculously good price-tags. The bag and jewelry selection is great as well with lots of variety with the occasional eccentric piece popping up (the ones I usually snatch up). The owner has fabulous taste and is very personable. On top of all the goodies, the decor itself is something to marvel. The whole vibe is very whimsical and magical with vintage photos, animal print, victorian looking pieces and much more.
