Lady in the hallmark store follows you around making it impossible to shop. I've actually put all my items back and went to another hallmark as I was beyond irritated. All this mall has going for it is the NO FRILLS and dollar store. The nail place is sketchy and slow. So unless you need groceries- stay away!

After establishing myself as a regular customer whether it be purchasing items from the store or getting loans on my items, there was a couple times when I came in to buy back my items and didn't quite have enough. The owner was very generous and cut the interest charges in half so I could get my stuff back. Something the other pawn shoo in town would NEVER dream of doing. There have been other times where the owner bent the store policy for me so I could afford something, again this kind of customer service would be unheard of at their competition. I live 2 blocks away from the other pawn shop and regularly walk over an hour, mostly up steep hills, to come here. BEST PAWN SHOP IN TOWN!!

She and the cashier and owner were standing there having a random conversation about how to make coconut milk ice cream that went on for at least 10 minutes. I had one item I was going to purchase, and after 10 minutes I finally just gave up and left. The service is soooo terrible. I have seen 500$ deliveries at Loblaws go through the checkout significantly faster than this. There is no excuse for that slow of service, and I will not return next time I am in the North Bay area.
