I've been with this hosting for many years. They always had extremely amazing customer support and…read moretechnical support. In the past 2 years, they have plummeted to the depths of AT&T. Horrible tech support. They say it's fixed. It's not. You get another agent, they tell you it's a completely different problem. If you're lucky, you'll get someone who knows exactly what the problem is (tip: don't do after hours tech support). In the past year or so, they seem to want you to pay for some service to fix the problem (they are probably being pressured into sales quotas). I'm currently paying triple what I was paying three years ago for fast speed (NOT!) and they just moved my account to a new server...now my websites are not working. So now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops for errors that weren't there before they moved me to the new server. Someone there doesn't know what they are doing, and they are getting lazier and lazier and more sales oriented. The company's recent change requiring users to enter randomly generated words which appear distorted and fuzzy on the screen is supposed to protect from bots. However it makes it virtually impossible to login quickly. Too much time and frustration is involved. Many other security programs are available which do not require users to invest large amounts of time guessing at the correct answer. WHH should use picture matching or trivia question answering as their preferred securities measure. The current system is poorly conceived, poorly implemented, poorly designed, and frustrating to loyal customers.
