Alex Britton helped me out tremendously I took a chance driving to Lexington hoping to speak to…read moresomeone even though I didn't have appt. He came to the door spoke very nicely gave me information that I didn't know and was very respectful. I am so glad that he came to that door which he didn't have to but he did and he actually listened instead of saying you have to have appt. Over the last couple weeks every time I messaged he messaged back. I have to say the reason I am still in my appt is because he took the time to explain things throughly and actually listened. I pray if I ever have an issue again he is the one I get to speak with if not I am asking for ALEX BRITTON. THANK YOU ALEX!!!

BEWARE OF THIS RENTAL COMPANY!! In your search for rental…read moreproperties, skip anything ran by this company. PURE (whatever name they choose this month)They used to be Kentucky Life but after a series of bad reviews they changed their name. They have since changed their name 3 or 4 times in the 2 years I've been renting from them. They are facing several lawsuits and they are scam artists. The house that I'm about to move out of on Fairgrounds Dr needs updated badly. The A/C has gone out several times because the unit is 2 tons too small to properly heat and cool a house this size. They won't replace it until it breaks and whoever is living here at the time will be charged for it. I was charged $2050 to replace a garage door that broke. The garage door was outdated and had already been serviced (bandaided) before I moved in. Emergency work orders do not get handled in emergency time because they do not have any licensed plumbers, HVAC people, etc. on their staff. They offer "renters insurance" that you pay for but it's not actually insurance, it's a liability waiver that really covers nothing. Rent is astronomical. The house was either bought buy someone or owner shit was changed while I'm living in it. I asked them about it and they lied to my face and said it's the same owner. It's not. I have had to call code enforcement and attorneys to have anything fixed. They have now told me they are not renewing my lease next month. Yet they said I need to give them a 30 day notice and it is only valid if they accept it It has been nothing but stress renting from them and has cost me an INSANE amount of money! #Pure #PurePorpertyManagement #PureHomeRiverPropertyManagmentofKentucky #KentuckyLife

They took care of my home for 4 years when I needed to move away for work. I am so glad my house was in such good hands. Communication was always prompt and clear. Repairs were handled quickly and expertly, at more than reasonable prices. I built a very trusting relationship with the folks at MPM and would recommend them to anyone.

No communication at all-- I'm talking, after they purchased our place it took four phone calls to…read morejust have a method to pay rent, which they *insisted* they would have gotten us before the first/when it would be late... but the official notice wasn't even delivered until the first. And mind this wasn't an instance of the mail delaying, they did drop it on our doorstep. Multiple instances of having to make 2+ phone calls, leaving voicemails, 2+ emails, and texts all on the same subject to get a reply days later from someone who isn't even our property manager. All of this has been within the first month of them acquiring this property. Killing myself would be preferable to having to deal with these people for the full extent of a lease. Thank god they didn't buy my apartment until I was two months off from leaving. Now if only they would ever follow up on/confirm my moveout upon lease expiration... I guess it's back to spam calling and emailing.

He has a great staff and is a good person. Thanks personally to Miranda and Jared for helping us at our Lewis Hargett HOA, Duval Centre HOA and of course all the work Allpoints has done over the years for my 18 year home in Andover Hills. I would also encourage you to look at the properties they take care. Some of these reviews are petty and many just yelp when things don't go their way. Thanks again to all of you! Paul Dalton

From the owner: All Points Community Management stands apart through the depth of expertise we bring to every…read morecommunity we serve. We're one of the few CAI-accredited (AAMC) management firms in Kentucky, giving boards a level of financial oversight and governance expertise that's hard to find elsewhere in the region. We built our approach around a simple belief: boards deserve a true partner, not just a vendor. That means clear, proactive communication instead of reactive fixes, transparent financial reporting boards can actually understand, and responsive vendor coordination that keeps communities running smoothly. Our team takes ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be asked. We're locally owned and focused entirely on Kentucky and Southern Indiana communities, with dedicated teams serving Lexington, Louisville, and the surrounding areas. That local focus means we understand the specific regulations, vendors, and challenges facing associations in this region, and we're always accessible when boards and homeowners need us. Whether it's HOA governance, condo association management, financial planning, or day-to-day maintenance coordination, we bring the same commitment to every community: informed decision-making, disciplined management, and genuine care for the neighborhoods we serve.

Honestly, my experience living here was pretty disappointing. When we first moved in, we had…read morecockroaches in the apartment, and it took about three weeks before the problem was actually taken care of. Our mailbox keys also never worked, even after getting new ones, which was really frustrating. There were also issues with packages. I had a package that went missing after being delivered, and the staff couldn't find it. Somehow, it randomly showed up on my doorstep several months later. The one good thing about this place is the location. Other than that, the maintenance issues and lack of reliability made living here pretty frustrating

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Do not sign a lease! I currently live here, so many problems from…read moreeveryone including myself. The yelp revie is not a lie, the condition on arrival was absolutely horrible, PAINT DROPLETS everywhere... dead BUGS everywhere... place hadn't been cleaned in what looked to be months of just buildup. Walls and floors stretched to pieces, do NOT base what you think your apartment is going to look like off of their showcased one, the furniture is not good. Our kitchen drawer BROKE 4 days after arrival. Toilet didn't flush properly and flooded. Our ice maker DIDNT work and had to be replaced after submitting a request, also the repair men have zero idea what they're actually doing and give the "LAND LORD SPECIAL". ive had to make numerous requests to get a drawer fixed, repair men came in and stated they had a live leak and would be back to fix it, never did, also just submitted one because I found MOLD in my dishwasher after it wasn't even washing properly. There is plenty, plenty of reasons to not live here, the girls at the front desk are basically helpless, was told the original boss they had literally quit, the visitor parking is horrible (you can only sign people in for 3 days at a time, 3 times a month, so 9 days total for them to park, not to mention they have to part in a visitor parking lot across a bridge which now requires a key fob to access which didn't before, only a mentally challenged person would sign a lease to new town crossing, or stupid college students who were blinded by their tour on the first day like myself, not to mention you pay rent 20 days before you even move in. Also, the "deluxe rooms" both cost the exact same, 1007 a month, but be aware that one is also bigger than the other one and is completely unfair to the tenants who pay for the C room which is the significantly smaller one, literally zero sense. The only way they'll fix their shit is if they stop getting people to sign leases to begin with. DO NOT LIVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT, DISREGARD ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS, THERE IS WAY TO MANY NEGATIVES.
